Drinks are good but the bathrooms are gross. Very disappointing. I usually associate cleanliness with Starbucks. It’s 5pm on a Sunday and no real big rush.

Great staff, not overly busy or noisy with a nice outside area. This location is always consistent which is a good thing.

This location is the worst. Why does Starbucks offer pour-overs if their staff acts like complete assholes when you order one? Every single time I come here it’s an issue. I just left and once again my order was not correct. I ordered a s’mores frap and a blonde roast pour over with steamed half and half. After waiting for almost 15 mins and noticing no one had started my pour over, I had to ask about my drink. My daughter had already received her 10 mins prior. The manager seemed to be annoyed that I ordered a pour over. She suggested a single brewed coffee from another machine instead — hell bent on not making the pour over I ordered and paid for. Instead of making the pour over she used this machine and had to make it twice because she screwed up the brewing process the first time. The second time she over filled the cup and served it to me with it spilling all over the sides of the drink. I had to ask for it to be poured into a different cup. Upon tasting it, it’s was awful. Not what I ordered. I returned to the store, returned the coffee and didn’t ask for a replacement. I keep trying to like this location however this is the last straw. I’m done. Not worth the frustration, hassle and continually paying for something you don’t get.

This location is my usual go-to-spot for Starbucks. I have a gold card and they treat me like the little queen I am, ha. No seriously though, the Starbucks employees are really friendly. I love all the perks that come with holding a gold card. Once you begin accumulating stars and start receiving rewards and freebies it’s hard to scale back on your coffee obsession. I just love my fancy blended coffee drinks. The caramel frappé is my fave. I usually get a skinny grande caramel frappé with soy double blended. My new favorite frappé is the honey caramel. Yes, when they ask me how I want my coffee I say«the color of me» that’s how I know it’s good, heh. I do a lot of my photography work and edits and such on my laptop at the local Starbucks. They have good vibes here, the people are friendly, and the coffee is ahh-mazing.

Product is fine. Staff does not concentrate on service. Slow because they don’t seem to care

I drop here at least once a week to get my coffee for my commute. The coffee is always perfect, they are great with getting the order right. They are kinda slow in the morning. I like to jump in line and right out to get my day started but it’s never shorter than 10 minutes to wait. So it’s worth it but beside to leave home a little early if you plan on stopping by this location.

Good morning. I go to Starbucks every morning during the week. I usually go to the one on Range. However, this am I came to thisbone. Wherebdo I start… the person taking my order was very confused. When I get my drink it was watery. They didn’t even give me a stopper(which i don’t think I should have to ask for). My coworker ordered a blonde roast with cream. They initially didn’t hand it out. When we inquired about it, she was rude and she slammed the window when we left. Needless to say. I hope I don’t have to visit this location again. My muffin was right…

Never had a bad experience here. I typically go through the drive thru. I have received fast and friendly service each time. My drinks have also been made exactly as I have requested each time. The person who takes my order is always chipper and customer service has always been great. Hope they never change!

They get the job done! I’ve never had any major problems with this location. The traffic moves swiftly and the interior is fairly accommodating as is the outside with plenty of seats to choose from. This is a great improvement on the previous location for this establishment that struggled with seating and overcrowding. The manager can usually take care of any problems that may arise and has been so kind as to compensate accordingly when its necessary.

I go here every so often only because it’s the closest store to me and I love me some Starbucks! I’ve had a couple of crappy made drinks but I’ve also had a few pretty great ones. Today, I did the drive through to get my free birthday drink and there was a sweet girl named Marley(I think that was her name). She wished me a happy birthday and it was the first time anyone at Starbucks has even been friendly towards me, ever. It made my day and made all the bad experiences at this store pretty much go away for me. There should be more employees like her everywhere to put a smile on people’s faces. Thank you sweet girl at Starbucks!!!

Quick review while I’m in the drive thru. If you’re in a rush, the drive thru seems a little slower than other Starbucks I’ve been to, but it’s midday and probably less staff. I got my drink and receipt and it’s yummy so everything is happy and wonderful in the world again.

Worst location in Baton Rouge. Extremely inefficient with very slow service when few customers in line. Poor product delivery with coffee cups not completely filled. Rarely receive a receipt. For the first three weeks, employees stated their«machine did not work.» Would battle the traffic on College to go to that busier location for faster, better service. Management clearly needs to be replaced here.

Go through the drive way and plan to wait a few decades. They handed me an advertisement instead of a receipt when I paid. I will not return.

Lots of employees, but lousy service. It really wasn’t all that busy compared to stores I’ve visited in my area. The man who took our order was flat and unhelpful. I am not a huge coffee drinker, so I had questions. I had to wait much longer than my son did for my drink, no fewer than four drinks were handed out to people who ordered after us between his getting his and me getting mine. The surly person who delivered my scone and his sandwich threw them down on the counter without saying anything. The counter was so wet, it splashed. Fortunately, I grabbed the bags up quickly enough the water didn’t go through the the paper.

Bad location and when the INCREDIBLYSLOW drive thru puts sweetener in your drink that you didn’t order there is virtually no way to make it right short of sitting in line again. And don’t think about parking to go inside. Will choose other local options sorry.

This locations customer service is the worst I have ever seen. There was zero people in front of me in an empty line, there were three –3– workers right in front of the registers and they all looked at each other scared as to whom was going to have to work and give me service. I do not bite! Then finally one of them decided to help me because the other two just looked away. She helped me order my drink and that was it, no do you want anything else or have a nice evening. Bland people. I stayed there like many others on my computer for about an hour or so, and I did not Even hear 1 welcome to Starbucks or Have a good night from any employee! Wow no customer what so every. The drink was just as bad, no flavor at all. I got a caramel crap. Did not even have flavor of caramel or even coffee. All it was, was foam and whip cream. Will not be going back for any drinks, maybe just for the WiFi. Gotta find another Starbucks or some where else to sit and have coffee and WiFi. Customer service a big Zero here! Flavor in drink a big Zero here too! I am not recommending this Starbucks at all. Find another place to go.

I always enjoyed studying and working at the Starbucks near Whole Foods, and I didn’t mind that they moved a few blocks down to get a drive through. I visited recently and was really disappointed with the interior. I was hoping that there would be more seating and outlets(or at least the same level as the previous location). Unfortunately, the under-table outlets no longer exist and I saw about 3 total outlets that were within range of seating. One of the outlets was only in range of armchairs, which were not comfortable to work in. The service was extremely slow as well– I waited over 20 minutes for a non-fancy coffee. Finally, the air conditioning was turned up so much that people were leaving to get jackets and sweaters. I was so cold that my nose was running for a good 3 hours while I worked… I don’t think I’ll be back to this location.

New location for old Towne center local that faced Whole foods. Smaller inside but it has same amount of outside tables and they’ve added a drive thru. Menu seems to be the same and there is a bar counter with 4 stools inside so you can sit and watch all the goings on behind the counter. Gone are the comfy chair seats as now all seats are of the hard wood variety inside. The coffee is still hot and delicious and at least for now inside lines are short on Saturday mornings. I sat at the counter and was questioned by another counter patron as to why I was taking pictures. I told him it was for a Unilocal review and he asked me to tell people that like to sit and visit with a cuppa to bring a seat cushion if they planned to sit very long. I thanked him for the chuckle and he added, but at least the coffee is still the same. I think that might be an excellent plan for all of us a little long in the tooth and plan to keep one in my car. I can think of many other«hard seats only» places it might come in handy. Will hard seats keep me away? As Arnold would say, «I’ll be back».
