Headquartered in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, The Ruiz Team has grown from a staff of one Mortgage Banker producing 14 Million in annual closed loan volume to a staff of two Mortgage Bankers and three in operational support producing in excess of 60 Million annually. In addition to The Ruiz Team location in the Baton Rouge branch, PrimeLending has expanded to over 200 branches across the United States and is licensed to originate and close loans in all 50 states.

Paul Ruiz began originating mortgage loans in early 2007. From the day he started and to this very day Paul’s number one goal is to be the most reliable and trustworthy Mortgage Banker in the Greater Baton Rouge market.
