Since its founding in Baton Rouge in 2001, Assurance Financial has grown from two employees to over one hundred and thirty, expanding to multiple locations in real estate markets throughout the south. Assurance Financial is an independent mortgage lender, and handles the entire mortgage process in-​house. The company’s highly qualified loan officers are able to offer all types of residential loan products, including conventional, VA, FHA, and USDA Rural Development loans. Manager

I joined the team in June 2015 with 20 years of mortgage experience. During my tenure in the mortgage lending profession, I have developed an ever-​expanding business and established loyal relationships with Realtors and other strategic partners.

One of my greatest joys is meeting and working with new clients. I work closely with every client to guide them through the mortgage finance process and to provide them with the best financing options for their situation.

I was raised in Lafayette, LA, but has been a Baton Rouge resident for more than half his life. I am a graduate of Louisiana State University. I am a licensed mortgage professional through the National Mortgage Licensing System and I am a member of the Greater Baton Rouge Mortgage Lenders Association, the Louisiana Mortgage Lenders Association, and the National Association of Mortgage Brokers.

Jared enjoys spending time traveling with his lovely wife Paige and 2 children, fishing, playing tennis & LSU events.
