Coffee wasn’t bad but the service was horrible. The gal answering the drive through made it clear she did not enjoy what she was doing and that she didn’t care for the human race. The second gal that rang me up was about the same. Sure wish I had held out for Starbucks…

Went to this location tonight arrived at 9:20pm. Ordered a medium roast regular coffee. After fixing the coffee I took a sip it was room temperature. I went back to counter and asked to get some fresh coffee either dark or medium roast because the coffee was cold and tasted old they refused. I asked again same they said it was to close to closing time to make more. I said you do not close for another 40 minutes they still refused only offered to microwave my old coffee. I could see if they closed in 5 – 10 minutes but 40? I went to a coffee house to get good fresh coffee not to get microwaved old coffee. I will not go back even though I love Community coffee. Staff could careless about customer service to the point of being cocky. I will not go back.

My rating is what I believe the store is at now, versus a few months ago to a year ago. Store Hours: Monday — Friday 6AM — 10PM Saturday — Sunday 7AM — 10PM Their hours may vary depending on holiday or mandatory meeting. That isn’t often. –CC’s Coffee was once a united entity with Community Coffee, but CC’s is it’s own separate entity. The coffee you may purchase at the grocery store isn’t necessary the same coffee you buy from CC’s itself. — CC’s has a free rewards card. Yes, FREE. Just swipe it for points, and earn points to receive free grande drink(s). — They don’t accept Discover cards. They do accept tips. — CC’s coffee is on the sweeter side. If you prefer your coffee more bitter, either request longer pulled expressed shots, or maybe half the syrup. Don’t be afraid to communicate how you like your coffee; to each their own. — They provide free refills on iced coffee, iced tea, and their coffee of the day(standard cup of joe). — They bake everyday, so right around mid-day is when you will catch the food fresh out the oven. — Just like Starbucks, we have a secret menu too. Don’t be afraid to be bold and request more than one flavor. They will mix and match flavors, make it more or less sweet based off of your needs. Flavors such as, crème brûlée, sugar cookie, birthday cake, and more. — Ice coffee takes 12 hours to make. It is served with milk. If you prefer it black or sweetened, just ask. — They do have soy. They don’t have almond milk or any other milk alternative. — All the names are influenced by Louisiana. The«mochasippi» is their name for a frappuccino. — Sizes are Tall(12oz), Grande(16oz), & Super grande(20 hot &24 cold). — Siegen’s location has changed around the layout inside, so it visually looks different. — If you purchase or have a bag of coffee beans you need ground, they will do it for free. — This location was known for being tremendously understaffed, which is something being worked on. — This store does have some lose ends that need to be fixed, but the company is in the process of sorting through the issues to make this store fast, consistent, and a more enjoyable experience for those who experienced otherwise.

Love the selection and the customer service. We went in last night with 20 people an hour before they closed and they were super fast and super friendly. We will defiantly be returning.

Nice place, it was pretty busy when I went in. I got the honey peach iced tea and it was very good and refreshing! The girl who took my order could use a lesson in friendliness. She asked me what size and in turn I asked her how big the super grande was? She didn’t answer and just rang me up for the super grande. You do get free refills on teas which is awesome. It was freeeeeezing in there though.

I used to love CCs coffee. Keep in mind that this rating is only for the Siegen Lane location. I used to pass by every other day before work to get a coffee. Sometimes I would go through the drive-through, and sometimes I’ll go into the store itself. Unfortunately, no matter what time of day I go to customer service is extremely slow very in personable, and very rude. I even tweeted about the terrible customer service numerous times, and they told me to write the corporate headquarters. I emailed them with my exact complaints in the baristas names a couple of times and never got a reply back. Shame on the corporate headquarters for not acknowledging their customers who spend lots of money at their stores, or even attempting to resolve the issue. The coffee is okay, but I think that Magpies Café has the best coffee in town. I really don’t see how difficult it can be to mess up an iced coffee repeatedly. I was tempted to ask the baristas if I could just make the coffee myself, since I used to be a barista as well. The pastries are alright. And most coffee shops, the pastries are usually always frozen and never really bake from scratch. I only can stomach to order iced tea from CCs if I do end up going for a meeting. I will still always choose CCs over Starbucks, since I love supporting the local community. Also love the fact that the coffeehouse sponsor several different events and charities but I’m greatly involved in. But if you’re looking for good customer service been the Siegen Lane location is not the shop that you need to go to.

I must have come here on a weird day. All the other reviews have been raving about how amazing the staff is. I actually got a super strange vibe from the employees. I wasn’t greeted when I came in. I stood at the register for a good 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged I was even there. The lady making drinks seemed to be in a bad mood, and some customer was complaining about how this location is always out of stock of certain items. My drink tastes fine, but for a first impression, I was definitely underwhelmed. I came here based on other reviews, and it didn’t meet expectations at all.

Nice spot. Staff was very kind and talkative. All endearing and genuinely seemed to care that a thin layer of ice put us in 6 hours of standstill traffic because apparently Louisiana’s DOT is run by crocodiles. Lots of biscottis and muffins to choose from. Coffee has plenty of flavor. They also have just about any type of milk you’d want to put in it! Me? I prefer soy milk. Don’t get me wrong, I fuck with almond milk from time to time, almond milk is great. But it does this weird thing where it clumps up at the bottom of my cup and maintains ROOMTEMPERATURE. How? Are almonds just good at insulating themselves from warmth? I need an answer and google just isn’t helping me out. Fuck all this I’m gonna check /askscience.

Overall, this location is much like every other CC’s you’ll visit. I went in today with my roommate after we had dinner at Cheeburger Cheeburger. I had the Peach iced tea, which was ok. I ordered the Grande, but they gave me a Super Grande(my roommate paid, so I don’t know if she charged us for the wrong size). I enjoy the iced tea, but today, it was just too sweet. We then sat outside and enjoyed our beverages under one of the big umbrellas. It was a relaxing time as we digested our lots of burger and fried sides from dinner.

I always make a point of visiting CC’s when I’m in Louisiana. The environment is typical chain style coffee shops but the flavor the drinks are so much richer. It makes me feel so at home.

This CC’s location offers what you’d expect of any CC’s PLUS great customer service. I don’t think I’ve ever been so cheerfully greeted by someone over a drive-thru speaker, especially at 6:02am. The muffin I ordered wasn’t the greatest, but my coffee order was right, which is the most important thing. I definitely wouldn’t mind returning to this CC’s for my morning caffeine fix.

I’ve spent $ 7 each morning, 6 days a week, for several years at this place.(Grande Latte and a pastry or yogurt parfait). I have also bought this company’s coffee beans in the grocery store for over two decades. I prefer to give my money to a local business than a big national powerhouse. However, this morning, my loyalty was rewarded with awful service in the drive-thru. I cancelled my order at the window and drove away shaking my head. I will never patronize a CC’s Coffee House, or buy Community Coffee beans, ever again. Yes, their coffee is good. But THEWAYYOUTREATPEOPLEMATTERSMORE.
