History

Established in 1991.

Dr. Patel entered a private practice in September 1988 as an associate for three established Chicago area Orthodontists. In 199 Dr. Patel established his own private practice in Bloomingdale, Illinois which expanded to Bartlett, Illinois in the year 2000. In the year 2006, Dr. Patel merged the Bloomingdale office with the Bartlett office, and opened a second location in Saint Charles, Illinois.
