The company started when owner Thomas Bledsoe, worked for AT&T. He dropped his iPhone, broke it and found that it was financially impractical to have it replaced. A new iPhone is around $ 500 at this time.

Thomas began to work on co-​workers phones then friends, and eventually ads on Craigslist. the calls kept growing and Thomas was meeting people at Starbucks, their homes, or anywhere he could to help the situation.
