Got partial highlights done earlier this week. They looked a bit harsh the day after but I washed my hair a few days after and they look good. Wish Franco blew dried my hair all the way making it volumized but overall it was pretty decent for the price. Needs to be careful with earrings though. Almost pulled out my cartilage and it started bleeding and my earring fell into a pile of dust in the corner so I couldn’t put the earring back in. There was two critters that somehow ended up on my neck right when I got there and that was pretty traumatic. Cringing just thinking about it. Wish the place was a bit more modernized but it’s downtown Bartlett so. Wasn’t expecting too much.

Wow, where do I start? From the moment I walked in, Franco makes you feel at home, whipped me up a cuppichino and it only got better from there.
Great service to include a first time discount and a glass of wine with an appetizer before I left.
