I have been to this place a few times to have gum surgery from Dr. Geivelis, who is a total and complete ANGEL. he does great work, and it’s obvious that his patients’ comfort and health is his top priority.
however –
the reason I give 3 stars and not 5 is because of the ongoing issues with billing I have had. If I could give Dr. Geivelis 5 stars and the office itself 1 star, I would do that. I have received quite a few bills from the office, and when I called to contest (because they make you pay the balance at the time of the procedure so that’s what I did) they said that the insurance company paid that portion and now my balance was zero. if that’s the case, then they could at least leave a message or email telling me that they sent a bill in error!
not only that, but one of those bills that «the insurance company paid» so I didn’t need to pay, turned out to be an actual bill, even though when I called and asked about it they said my bill is zero. so now I have to pay that balance from 6 months ago, and $ 20 of late fees!!!

I have been using the services of Best Dental Group since they opened some 25 years ago. The staff is excellent, they are prompt, friendly and helpful. Dr. Jim & Dr. Milt are wonderful people and are easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone.
