We were stuck in Ridgecrest while seeing family. The crew at American Towing went out of their way to get us back home. The dispatcher was nice and returned calls as promised. The driver was nice and personable and very respectful .I would use them again should the need arise while in Ridgecrest or Barstow. No one wants to be broken down but it they sure made it much easier to accept the situation.

Thank you so much Charlie! After a broken leaf spring left us stranded on the 4th OF JULY near the outlets in Barstow we called American Towing. Thank god they were avail! Not only did the driver show up in a timely manner he towed our trailer back to their yard to store AND repair!!! We greatly appreciate these guys going above and beyond. We live in Orang County and were not looking forward to having to figure out when and how to get back up to Barstow for our trailer. Charlie said don’t worry about it. The trailer will be ready for you when you can get back to get it!!! Amazing!!! Many thanks 100% satisfied customer!

While moving across country, the leaf spring on our boat trailer broke. This caused the tire to blow, luckily we were safe. American Towing was the only company that we found with a Landoll Trailer which was required to load the trailer loaded with the boat.
Armando, our recovery driver, was very friendly, professional & courteous. He went above and beyond to ensure everyone’s safety and the safety of the boat while it was being hauled. After taking our trailer to a repair shop who told us over the phone that they could replace the leaf springs, we found out that they couldn’t/wouldn’t replace them. Armando was extremely helpful in finding a place that could replace the leaf springs and then taking us there. Thank you American Towing & Recovery, and thank you Armando!
