They’ve always been friendly, their prices are the best in town, and given the customer volume, they’ve always done an excellent job. The only drawback you should be ware of because of their popularity is you’ll probably have to wait longer than expected during drop off and pickup. That said, I’m cheap — there’s nothing cheap about their service or parts, and they’ve always done excellent work for me, so they have my loyalty.

I have visited this walmart location numerously. Truthfully, the ladies in customer service do not provide a positive touch. However, my bike purchase experience has been successful. It was above and beyond helpful by the bike dept staff, James. I had returned to the store twice. Each times James had helped me. On top of that he carried the back in & out of my car. He had also provided me with tips in how to carry my bike up the stairs. James was amazing. Another time, my bike was available, but was not put together. James referred me to Al who was in charge in putting the bikes together. Originally walmart staff does not have to put the bike together on the same day of purchase. However, James explained to Al that I had returned to the store numerously to find the right bike for me. Al said that he would get back to me & within 30 minutes of waiting Al rolled in with my bike. I was impressed. Again, James waited until Al had returned. James helped me carry my dog food, bike, & bike accessories to customer service to make exchange. James loaded my bike to my car. Thanks to James and Al, we need more happy, diligent, positive work ethics people like you.

Very slow, but they get the job done eventually. One tire took more than an hour to change. The service was Ok otherwise.

Can’t beat Walmart prices. Service was pleasant but slow. 2 hours for putting on 2 new tires with«no wait». They estimated 45 minutes to an hour. The employees in the shop have to drop what they are doing and make keys and ring up customers at the auto center register. The selection was small. Only two options for a Honda Accord. As long as you are prepared to wait and shop, and have nothing else planned for afterwards, not a bad choice.

My car battery died recently and Wal-Mart came to my rescue. The staff were really friendly and changed out my battery fairly quickly. The staff even helped us carry a futon that we bought out to the car. I’ve gotten my tire changed here before as well and the service was smooth. I come here for my car needs because it’s cheap and fast.
