History

Established in 2007.

After a year of negotiations followed by demolition and rebuilding, Todd Conner’s opened on Dec 31 2007.

Todd Conner’s is named for Nikki and Eric Popovich (co-owner’s) 1st son; that they have yet to have. Although they one day hope to welcome T.C. into this world, for now, Nikki and Eric decided to «birth» the restaurant. Everyone who visits TC’s is invited to/expected to become a part of the Todd Conner’s family.

The operation is run by business partners Nikki Popovich and Michael «Reds» Cassidy and their staff.

We look forward to welcoming you to TC’s and into our «family!»

Meet the Business Owner

Nikki P.

Business Owner

Nikki was born and raised in the Harrisburg area of Central Pa. After high school Nikki attended James Madison University in Va. From the age of 16 until 21 Nikki worked in the restaurant business and always considered it a true passion of hers. After graduating from college Nikki was moved to Pittsburgh for her «real» job. Nikki did marketing, management and sales as a part of her career for the next 4 years. During that time her job transferred her to Baltimore. It was in Baltimore that Nikki realized she would always give 110% to her career but that the career she truly wanted to pursue was the restaurant business. That was the turning point. Nikki resigned from her job and immediately began working in restaurant management. The ultimate goal was always to learn as much as possible to open her own place. After managing for a regional chain and general managing for a large scale local establishment, Nikki partnered with Reds Cassidy to open Todd Conner’s in Dec of 2007.
