The Alchemy of Art is a contemporary art gallery and boutique featuring monthly new exhibits of all mediums of art. Every first Thursday of the month we hold an open reception for the new exhibit where guests can meet and greet with the artist (s) and check out some live local music. Our boutique is a room filled with mostly local but not limited to hand crafted art and artisan crafts. Over the warmer months you will find we sometime show short films or have craft and flea markets in our gorgeous courtyard. First I spelled my name wrong and don’t know how to fix it. HAHAHAH I’m SheridaN C. the proud owner of The Alchemy of Art. I am a local Baltimorian who is a photographer by trade but loves all mediums of art. As an artist I know how difficult it can be to find an affordable way to show you art and after a trip to India realized I was an educated female with the means and desire to open a gallery with a homie, laid back feel to help up and coming artist and re-​emerging artists have a place to show and sell their talent along with having a awesome boutique with crafts and art all made by artist and crafters!
