Tark’s at the ‘Shoe

Very rude guy taking orders. No customer service skills at all. He kept tapping his fingers on the counter like he has a train to catch or something.
When me & my friend did finish ordering. We got the food and noticed it was a total waste of money. Because of the portion size. The tenders were ultra small & after tasting them. We found out they were not even fully cooked. Their was a lady arguing with the employee. I’m guessing over a refund which they kept refusing.
So we just ate the fries really…
We would’ve send the food back here but the guy in the back making the food kept going out of view so it’s not worth someone tampering with our food if u know what I mean. So in the end. We just took it as a lost. And said NEVER AGAIN…
Also they charge you for sauce and/​or old bay here. ???

If it was possible to give NO STARS that’s what this place would get. Yesterday was my second visit to this establishment within a year and in 6 months nothing had changed.
The first time I ate at Tarks I only had French fries that I thought were overpriced. They were limp and bland with only a heavy taste of grease.
Yesterday’s experience was not much better. I paid 9.00 for tenders and fries. Which wouldn’t have been the worst thing if they were hot and fresh. As you can guess they were not. The tenders tasted dry as if they had been sitting under a heat lamp, completely un-​seasoned and tasteless. The fries ONCE AGAIN cold and greasy.

I saw someone eating fried chicken I wanted some real bad and found it came from the Tark’s restaurant. I decided I am going to get me some of that chicken the next time I come here to the Horse shoe. Well I am here for my chicken but was it ready for me? Well let me tell you the story.
I ordered a LA cart menu. Breast and drum stick. price a little bit more in price comparison to other spots. chicken stripes also priced a little above average.
Both pieces looked good, smelled good size. no half breast here like some places charge for full breast and you get halt of it.
The flavors are confusing because the chicken has a thick batter taste that makes it over well ming for the chicken. I like my chicken not too heavily season this to me was. I did not like the batter flavors also. my assessment is that it’s too salty too many flavors and over the top. Overall grade C for effort. I will not eat here again. if the need for chicken hits me again in here, I am going across the street to the gas station.
