This was so easy I should have done it years ago! As others have mentioned, Eric answered the call, I was able to set up the appointment easily, and the quote was accurate. We have a LOT of carpeted areas (4 BR, basement, 3 long flights of steps) and also had Eric clean our white sofa. He was working hard for 5+ hours to get everything thoroughly clean and the difference was really amazing. The sofa had become more grey than white, and now looks great. Our carpets are no longer embarrassing! I can’t even imagine the grime that he pulled out of our house. It wasn’t cheap, but given the labor involved I’m so glad I didn’t try to do it all myself. It would have taken me most of the weekend and not been near as well done. So worth it.

I highly recommend Sanitize for Serenity. Fantastic company, very reliable and excellent results. Eric (the owner) cleaned the carpets in our new home before we moved in. The previous owners had three dogs who left over a dozen pet stains throughout the house and they barely vacuumed. Pretty gross. Unfortunately, we had to move in before we could install hardwood floors and needed a quick fix. Eric to the rescue! He vacuumed, spot treated and scrubbed the carpets. The aftermath was amazing. Most of the stains are gone and those that remain are barely noticeable. Eric did tell us upfront that he may not be able to get out very soiled pet stains and I really appreciate his honesty. The carpet is only a few years old and has been restored to its original color (no more dinginess). It even feels better on our bare feet. Plus his treatment is non-​toxic and doesn’t leave a chemical smell. Coordinating an appointment was easy, which I really grateful for during our hectic move. We’re going to hire Eric again to come back and clean our sofa. He does wonders at a very reasonable price!

Eric was so wonderful! I called him very last minute to have my carpets cleaned. We were moving into a new home and the carpets had not been shampooed and cleaned like they said they would do. So Eric was able to come the next day AND it was a Saturday! He worked hard to get up as much pet odor and dirt that he could. My carpets look amazing now and smell wonderful. It only took an hour to dry and we were able to start moving our stuff asap. Will definitely be using him again.

(sofa, carpet, tile floors, air vents, and even design software for my child’s birthday party banner I was working on lol).
5. White sofa cleaning looks amazing
(despite that we live in that room with a toddler so that sofa takes a real beating)
6. Carpet looks better than I’ve ever seen it
(It looks too nice to walk on. lol No, seriously. Take off your shoes! lol)

Eric did a fantastic job on our carpet. He was professional, personable, and fast. He quoted me an estimate over the phone but when he got here and saw that the furniture had been moved out already, he lowered the estimate. I can’t believe how clean the carpets came out. Changed the look of the entire room. Would use his company again.

I can’t say enough good words about our experiences with Eric. He is an extremely knowledgeable, communicative and honest professional. After living in our apartment for two years, it was time for our carpets to get cleaned. He did an amazing job explaining the process and we are so pleased with the results. He is an extremely hard worker who will not stop without achieving the results you want. We were so impressed with Eric that was asked him to come back in to try to clean the unsealed grout and tile in our kitchen, bathroom and entry way. He stayed hours beyond what he had anticipated for the job to ensure they were done right and to our satisfaction. I highly recommend Eric and this company for anyone needing carpet or floor cleaning!

Eric did a fantastic job on my carpet and hardwood floors. The job being much more involved than he imagined (removing sticky carpet padding from hardwood floors) but he stayed till it was done…9 hours. My hardwood floors looked amazing as did my area rug and carpet. I highly recommend him.

GREAT CARPET CLEANER! professional and very passionate about carpet cleaning. Cleaned a 2400 Sq ft house in about 4 hours. We were cleaning a house before turning over the keys to the landlord. Honestly, the carpet looked significantly better than it did when we moved in. Highly recommended cleaner.

This weekend, Eric, the owner did the carpet cleaning job. I asked questions and Eric is straight forward about how carpets are clean. Some company will catch you with a lower price then, the job person comes to your house and would offer an upgrade job with a higher price which to me, is suspicious. I will not deal with the sales pitch. The job person does not have to convince me because I will show him the door immediately. I need a job person who would be up front with the pricing. Eric did a very god job in cleaning my upstairs 2 room carpet, a hallway and a set of stairs. Sanitize 4 Serenity is my second carpet cleaning to call when I want the job done on a set deal. No room to negotiate, just tell me your price and I will schedule the job with you.

I highly recommend this company. I havent had such professional communication from a service company in a long long time. All my interactions were with a man named Eric (I presumed to be the owner). He was extremely accommodating with setting an appointment time that met my needs, followed up with mne the evening before to confirm arrival time… actually showed up when he said he would (gasp…how often does that happen… I mean really?). And the best part… the cleaning was awesome. He was in and out in about 1.5 hours for my small space but was able to clean as well as these before and after photos elude to. Even got up some old sweet tea stains from beside my bed (drunk night). I highly recommend this company, no hesitations!

Eric and his partner cleaned our rental property from top to bottom, and it was a job very well done. My concerns were the bathtub, the cook top, our oven, and the outside of our refrigerator, not to mention the kitchen countertop and the hood over the cook top. They did an incredible job, and thorough. The mopping, scrubbing, wiping, vacuuming, and de-​greasing created an immaculate townhouse. He even sent before and after pics to my phone, which were fully supported when I went there later. The «wow» factor was esp. noticeable in the kitchen and bathroom. Thank you S4S.

Eric from sanitize is great! It was 85 for a master bedroom without any furniture moved, so basically not much carpet. He was timely and sent me a text to notify me of the ETA. He explained to me the process and did not make any promises. I did let him know I SPECIFICALLY needed pet stains removed when making the appointment. When he got here he said his product was not meant for pet stains… so I felt misled at that point. It has been a month since the cleaning and I still see the stains although the general carpet is clean. I would recommend him for a general carpet cleaning.

This service was great. The guy I spoke with was the owner and we scheduled a time. I had the house on a lockbox so he showed up and did the work, then I went to check it out when it was complete and hand him a check.
He managed to get eyeliner that one of my tenants smeared all over the carpet, out of the carpet, and make the disaster look considerably better.
I was impressed that it could look that good again and had thought I possibly needed to replace it.
He explained to me that his basic cleaning got most stains out, but if it did not, he would let me know, and that would cost additional. Since I wasn’t present, I was a tad nervous he would say it needed the additional service, but he was honest and told me that his first cleaning process did the trick.
That says HONESTY and FIVE STARS.

I come home from work and oh no!!! Thee Duchess has had her way on my couch! Bollocks!
In a frantic state, I begin to call around hoping that someone can come and professionally clean my couch…
In comes Eric from Sanitize 4 Serenity. I spoke to him personally on Thursday. You know when you just get that feeling in your gut that someone is good, and knows what they are talking about? Well that is what I had. This guy is extremely well versed in his field, and will attempt to educate you too. I love it!
Anywho, I told him my issue and he was out to my house within two hours! Boom! Can’t beat that customer service! He cleaned my couch to perfection, and educated me on what to do in between visits.
I am so happy that I found him, and I am grateful that he was available! He will definitely be back out should I ever need him again…
