We specialize in the instruction of West Coast Swing and its technique the way it is danced on the national swing circuit. We also focus in building a strong and cohesive dance community in the greater Baltimore area.

History

Established in 2014.

The Ministry of West Coast Swing is a new studio in North Baltimore’s neighborhood, Hampden. It opened in August of 2014.

The owners of the studio, Jody and Abby Moscaritolo have each been dancing West Coast Swing for the last 7 – 8 years and have varied dance backgrounds prior to starting their journey into the swing world.

The studio’s focus is on building a local community of swing dancers in Baltimore that are enthusiastic about their dancing and their dance education.

Abby is the studio’s primary instructor. She has a significant dance background beginning in ballet, tap and jass, moving on to Lindy Hop, Blues and Argentine Tango before settling on her specialty: West Coast Swing
