Miller & Zois

When I hear the word lawyer, I tend to cringe. After a terrible accident in 1995 and terrible council, I didn’t have much trust in lawyers. But in 2007, I had a slip and fall injury that was so stressful. I didn’t know what to do so started looking through ads for lawyers and called a few. Some were rude, others unorganized. I liked the information that Miller and Zois provided on their site so I called to see if they could help me.
From the moment I spoke with them, I knew that they were a good group. Very caring, not pushy, thought of everything so that I didn’t have to stress myself out over «did I save this?» or «oh no, what now!?». Ron Miller was like a family member and called to see if I wanted to settle or go to court. While winning in court would have meant a MUCH larger payout, Ron advised that I settle because the case could go either way. The fact that he cared enough to do what was in my best interest, meant a lot to me and still does.
Throughout the years, I have spoken so highly of Miller and Zois and will always continue to do so. Once the case was over, they didn’t forget me and would check in, send birthday cards, etc. You are a name, not a number. I cannot thank Miller and Zois enough for the care and support. I highly recommend them.
