Dr. Gultiz and his staff are wonderful. They make you feel like your the VIP of the day. The staff treat you so well.
There’s free street parking and extra parking in the rear.
There open door appt schedule works so well for my busy schedule.
I’m so glad I was introduced to them, they’re my new chiro office to go to.

I had my first visit here today and I am so pleased.
The office is small, the staff is friendly, & it’s in a great location (easy parking). I got to the office just before 5:30 this afternoon & I was helped very quickly by the ladies in the waiting area.
The doctor asked me a few questions and did an brief evaluation on me. Then I got stems & heat to loosen up my back before the adjustment. It was awesome watching him interact with his patients. He is bilingual (English & Spanish) & just cares about the people he has come into the office.
I will be back for sure, not because I’m on a schedule routine. but because this office was incredible! I hope to see this business grow!

I don’t even live in Baltimore, but Dr. Gulitz treated me as if I were a long-​time patient. His adjustment relieved the pain and discomfort that had been intensifying after weeks of business travel left me unable to see my home chiropractor.
Scheduling was easy; I requested an appointment online and his staff called me later the same day, squeezing me in for an appointment the following day.
If I lived in Baltimore, Dr. Gulitz would definitely be my go-​to chiropractor. Thank you!

Dr. Gulitz is wonderful. He is everything you want in a Chiropractor-​effective, honest, and nice. My husband has been seeing him for neck/​back pain and was extremely satisfied. This made me think that Dr. Gulitz is the one for me. After seeing two other Chiropractors that have done nothing for me, I thought maybe third time is a charm. Other Chiropractors have told me to see them 3x a week for 6 months, billed my insurance for services not performed, or sat me on an exercise ball to twist side to side. However, I do dread calling the office because the receptionists are SO RUDE! Sometimes they answer «Hello?!» and other times they are so harsh. I have a busy schedule. I tried to call for an appointment for myself and after some back and forth, the phone was handed off to another receptionist because she couldn’t handle me? Seriously though, I am not a petty person but I will be going somewhere else.

Dr. Gulitz and his staff are wonderful! Always manage to fit me in around my crazy schedule. Dr. Gulitz is thorough and yet you are never kept waiting. He has helped me feel so much better. The off street parking is great for those that are not within walking distance. I give Dr. Gulitz and his staff a 10+!!!

I’ve had multiple great experiences w Dr. Gulitz. His location had off the street parking (which is huge downtown). I was completely taken care of in a timely fashion. I recommend Dr. Gulitz to anyone having back issues.

I recently revived a old back injury I had from a car crash and could barely move. After looking all over Baltimore, I’m soo glad I found Mid-​Atlantic. Dr. Gulitz and his associates do a great job! After only 3 treatments, my back pain feels so much better. A++ for flexibility in scheduling and how fast I was able to get in to see someone. Central location to Baltimore City neighborhoods of Fells Point & Canton make this a perfect spot, especially since they have their own private parking lot available.

After spraining my neck, mid short spine during Pilates I was basically immobilized. After trying heat pads and massage methods I gave up and turned to Unilocal to find the closest chiropractor who could squeeze me in ASAP. Gave mid-​Atlantic a call and they were able to take me in 15 mins! I had never been to a chiropractor before so I was a bit nervous and the pain level was climbing but Dr. G was amazing, he put me to ease immediately and cracked my neck while telling me to move my toes. Which was terrifying, but FELT AMAZING. I’ve set up my next appointment and would def recommend him to anyone in the neighborhood. Sidenote, as others have mentioned the staff is… Less than stellar, basically just one woman I encountered… But I’m from the ny area and her ‘tude was tots normal. Regardless, I’ll be back!

I discovered Mid-​Atlantic this year through the advise of other Unilocalers. I have an old back injury from multiple car accidents and I like to go to a chiropractor on a semi-​regular basis for adjustments. The previous chiropractor that I was seeing seemed a bit impersonal and often tried to «up-​sale» me into extensive treatments so I was looking for a change. I’m glad that I found Mid-​Atlantic. The office is clean and comfortable… big enough for all of the up to date equipment but small enough to feel personal. I like that Dr. Gulitz takes the time to get to know his patients and that he performs the adjustments in a private area. His treatments are very effective. The free onsite parking is an added bonus. I also like the front desk staff. Perhaps the previous reviewer had a problem with her because she is pretty direct, but I personally appreciate someone who is direct, efficient in their job, and has an interest in making sure that things run smoothly. She’s also fun to talk with. I would highly recommend Mid-​Atlantic.

If I were rating the doc’s chiropractic treatment skills alone, this review would have more stars, however the professionalism here leaves MUCH to be desired. The front desk ladies seem a bit immature, petty, and appear to be amused with making things difficult for patients. I was shocked by this because my experience with them was completely contrary to what others have reported here on Unilocal.
It is sad that such a great doctor employs people who really do not know the value of customer service AND that said individuals are essentially the «face» of his business. Even though Dr. G effectively treated my leg pain, I’ll pass on returning to Mid-​Atlantic Spinal Rehab and Chiropractic, unless of course, he hired more professional staff.

Back again for a parent related shoulder issue… walked in and it was busy… the front desk staff (there is a new girl who is very sweet and the regular girl is a riot) they kept me entertained while I waited which was really very short. I was seen quickly even with the crowd and the Doctor remembered my name and the previous conversation we had LAST YEAR (I think he takes notes in the chart). I feel better and it was actually a little like hanging out with friends. This is my Chiropractor of choice hands down.

This place is great!!! Staff is friendly. Dr Marc is great. Very attentive to your needs and easy to talk to. Always aware of your needs and if he doesn’t think he can help he’s willing to refer out so you get the care you need.
The office is clean, modern, and appears to have all brand new equipment. They also have great office hours. (Open late during the week and on Saturdays)
Free parking lot (which is rare in this area) and right on the bus line as well. Free gel ice pak at your first visit (this has come in very handy!)
PS — extra points for the local art on the walls from Robert McClintock. Love that!

Dr. Guilitz is hands down amazing. I started treatment with Dr. Guilitz in Dec. 2012 due to back pain from a car accident. The pain ranged from 6 – 7 on a scale of 1 – 10 (10 severe pain), after treatment the pain has significantly dulled and at times not noticeable. This was significant considering pain I had before the accident that is no longer noticeable.
The experience at Mid Atlantic Spinal Rehab is exactly what you expect of a Dr.‘s office, if not more. For starters, there is a free parking lot in the back of the office, which is super convenient in the middle of the city. Making appointments is a breeze, usually a call to the office and LaKeisha (Office Manager) will do her best to get you an appointment at your desired time. LaKeisha has also gone as far as setting up appointments for me at other locations to get X-​rays, she is very accommodating and efficient. I had issues with my insurance charging me duplicate, LaKeisha handled it and made the process extremely painless and worry free.
During treatment, Dr. Gulick walks you through the cause of your pain and guides you through his recommended treatment. He has a great no b.s. philosophy and won’t just tell you anything to keep you in the office; if he can’t treat you, he will let you know and make suggestions for the care you need.
It got to a point where I actually looked forward to my appointments with Dr. Gulick. He would hand me the remote to watch my show of choice, usually trash reality TV, and we’d chat about the show or other things going on in our lives. He’s absolutely not a stuffy know it all Dr., he’s cool, relatable and good at what he does.

Mid-​Atlantic Spinal Rehab & Chiropractic is a relatively new office that opened up in August 2012. I was thoroughly impressed with the facility and equipment here. It’s definitely more complete and more hi-​tech than any other chiropractor’s office that I’ve been to and subsequently more inviting, eliciting a feeling that this place is pretty legit.
Dr. Gulitz is very amiable and personable. I had the opportunity to converse with him before being treated. I like his vision and I’m certain he’s in Baltimore to really bring the field of chiropractic studies up a notch, kind of like a mini revolution or a breakthrough in the practice itself. It seems he has a genuine interest in putting the patient first and seeing them recover from their issues. Unlike the majority of chiropractors that I’m familiar with, Dr. Gulitz only recommends treatment when necessary. If you’re okay after one or two manipulations, he won’t suggest another follow up or a regular check up. This is something I appreciate.
A plus side to Mid-​Atlantic is that the office has its own parking lot off of Washington, so you’ll have no excuse being late to your appointments. I’m also a fan of the fact that Dr. Gulitz keeps his office open till 7 PM during the weekdays and during the morning on Saturdays. It definitely helps not having to take time off from work for treatment.
P. S. I have to emphasize again the awesomeness of this facility. From the instant x-​ray machines and the new chiropractic benches, to the heat and electro therapies, and to the treadmills, stretching table, and fitness balls. It puts some of the more common forms of medicine’s offices (i.e. doctors, dentists, etc.) to shame.

This was not my first visit to a chiropractor in Fells Point, but it was the first time I actually felt the need to go and leave some positive feedback regarding my experience with a doctor’s visit. This facility is very nice and everything looks brand new with a lot of modern updates. I left with a digital xray on a disc (not film). This is first Chiropractor I’ve seen using this technology. I won’t mention names, but I’ve been to a few other offices in the area for therapy and I won’t return there due to the offices having a dated and almost grimy feel. Dr. Gulitz is very knowledgeable and pleasant. He also has much better hours than the other chiropractors in the area. And he may be the only one I know with his own free parking in Baltimore City.

I visited Dr. Gulitz’s office because of some general soreness and was referred by a friend. What I loved most about the experience was the parking lot! I didn’t have to drive around for 20 minutes looking for street parking. I always appreciate the extra little conveniences. Speaking of which, he gave me a tour of his facility; he can shoot x-​rays on location and have them processed on the spot! After an adjustment, my neck and shoulders are feeling much better. I plan on seeing Dr. Gulitz and his staff at least once a month; hopefully more.

I have been experiencing back pain for years after an injury I had as a teenager. It got so bad one day that I called Dr. Gulitz’s office and they were able to see me the same day. After examining me, Dr. Gulitz put together a treatment plan and I have been feeling better and better every day since, and it has only been a few weeks. The fact that I am able to avoid surgery to repair a ruptured disk is such a relief. The office is new and bright and very comfortable and Dr. Gulitz put me at ease with the way he explained my back problems to me and how my treatment would work. I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Gulitz to anyone looking for a chiropractor. Also, the offstreet parking is the best!

I recently moved to Baltimore and needed to find a chiropractor who was closer to me than my old one. I ended up finding Mid-​Atlantic Spinal Rehab and Chiropractic. I am so glad that they welcomed walk ins, so I was able to be seen the same day I needed treatment and did not have to wait long at all. The staff was very friendly and was able to answer all the questions I had. The treatment I received from Dr. Gulitz was top notch, and was also very quick so I was able to get the service I needed and be on my way. I also really liked the fact that Mid-​Atlantic Spinal Rehab and Chiropractic has off street parking! I would 100% recommend checking this place out!
