After working for a few different companies and thinking «If I owned this place, I would do things different.» he started his business with the idea that customers ARE the main focus.

A service call or installation call isn’t about how fast you can make a little money and never talk to that person again. It’s the first impression you make on a person that may need your services and where you begin what hopefully turns into a long term relationship.»
