I am an Ulta Beauty employee and I am constantly ordering from jimmy johns as of the rest of my co workers. I have to say my experience the past few times was very disappointing. It was not freaky fast it was about 45+ wait. And my order was wrong numerous times! Everything from forgotten chips, to no added bacon and No mustard packets on the side. This time when I hesitantly placed my order Adam was exceptional! greeted me wonderfully over the phone, he even repeated my order back to me. Made sure everything was correct and before I even got a chance to sit back down, my food was already delivered to me. Thanks Adam! You saved my food experience from JJs and I will definitely be asking for you again. 5 stars my man!

Why don’t you delivery to my address? I live less than a mile away. :(

Normally these sub’s are pretty decent but just had my first bad experience. They pride themselves on how fast they deliver. 40 minutes is not fast in my book. And the poor delivery guy was on a bike and its freezing cold and raining. Seriously you can’t find someone with a car in this weather? I don’t blame the delivery guy but half my drink had spilled out. Epic fail today Jimmy John’s

I have eaten here numerous times and the bread is good and food is fresh. The place also is always clean and organized (employees always completing items from the «side duty responsibility list». That’s actually where I take issue. Last two times here, employees are cleaning and ignoring what and HOW they are cleaning bear the food and customers. Last visit staff was cleaning the bulkhead above the food, but made no attempt to cover the food. Today a staff member was sticking the chips drawer in front of the only register and had her stiffer draped on the rug across the floor, preventing access to the register. That same stiffer was then used to clean the vent system in the ceiling by the security camera next to the ovens. The stiffer dusted the vents… with the exposed bread racks directly underneath of the vents. Tasty.

Typical Jimmy Johns, super fast service. I pretty much know what I want before I go in there and they usually have my sub made in under 1 min. You can ask for hot peppers on anything.
The sandwiches use HUGE pieces of bread. To the point where some people may think it’s excessive. So you may want to order just the sub version.

The bread is always fresh, which is the biggest factor for me.
Also, I ordered and then headed towards the bathroom, but before I even got there (and it’s like…10 ft away), my sub was done. WTF. Awesome.
I like this one, as it’s super clean and the staff is very friendly. Plus, the location is convenient.

Made a catering order for my company NFM Lending Peake Realty for a luncheon with top executives of the company. The order was complete, fresh, and included all necessary complimentary items ahead of schedule. Pick up was swift and without complication. The owner of Jimmy Johns was in the restaurant helping and I was impressed to see him work just as hard as his employees. Will definitely order from here again!

This is just your standard Jimmy Johns. Always better than subway but the removal of sprouts from the menu some years ago is a bit disappointing. The service is always quick at this new location and your sandwich will be done within minutes.

Workers are too lazy to place your «To-​Go» order in a bag and give you napkins. Pretty sad. Especially when they snap and point to where they are saying take yourself.

Went to this place for the first time. Not impressed. Bread chewy, no hot sandwiches. Had tuna fish should call tuna mayonnaise. Subway is much better and has more choices! No salads, no soups or hot sandwiches. Staff was friendly and place was clean.

What’s not to love about jimmy johns? Service is «freaky fast.» My sub is just about done by the time I’m done ordering it. Everyone there is extremely friendly and helpful and actually look like they don’t mind being at work. In addicted to jimmy johns and really never get anything different. I’m thrilled bc they actually deliver to our place too.
The downside to this place is the parking situation is terrible. Whoever designed the layout of the parking lot is an idiot but this is not jimmy johns’ fault.

Love having a Jimmy John’s so close to home. Everything is always so fresh and tasty. Parking has been super easy. Hope that lasts.
