Hangry? Need a drinkles? Get these stat: Crab pretzel + hot fingahz + fries + crab legs + mussels + burger + brews Churn all that inside your stomach. Feels so good. The food is better than what I thought and what the next door bar offers… not that I said that. It’s not Ale Marys tots, but its all the carbs you want.

I had heard that the burgers were good at Hudson St Stackhouse. I am happy to confirm that this is a TRUEFACT. The burgers are some of the best tasting on excellent buns, that I know of in the Baltimore area — and for the price, an excellent value. The teriyaki wings came out as soy sauce salty wings — no resemblance to teriyaki at all and way too salty, even for a salt aficionado like myself. I liked the fries that came with the burger — but my buddy said it was too dark and crisp for his liking. The beer I ordered was awesome… Allagash *something or other*. Side salad was«meh». They have happy hour specials on their beer. (2) Beers Order of wings (2) Burgers Side Salad $ 38 All in all, great food, great bar, great prices, nice location!

I love this place. It’s never super crowded and I can always find a spot at the bar. They have a tremendous amount of beers and a great selection. I would recommend this«hidden gem» to anyone visiting Baltimore who was looking for great beer(and maybe a Hockey game), or to any locals who haven’t tried it. Their bartenders are always nice and the vibe from when you walk in the door to when you leave is always welcoming.

Good food and good beer. Friendly bartenders that make great suggestions. Had steamed shrimp and crab cake sandwich. Great U-shaped bar thats easy to talk to your friend next to you without feeling overshadowed by the many guys that show up for sports TV.

Awesome local hangout. I come here often with my girlfriend. They have a wide selection of rotating beers, that allows me to try something new every time I go. The food selection is fantastic and on Thursday night’s they have a steak deal where you can get a side salad, steak, baked potato, and cheesecake all for $ 14.99

Stopped in here for more drinks after brunch at Sauté about a week ago. The bartender was really nice and very experienced/knowledgeable. The place wasn’t too crowded. They’ve got your basic domestic beers and specials, as well as lots of choices on craft beers. I ordered some dry wings(extra crispy w/sauces on the side) and they were delicious and came out exactly to order. Casual and friendly place to chill with great beer choices. Not too pricey either.

This is a great local hangout. They specialize in Belgian or Belgian style beers, but they do offer a wide variety of other beers on tap. And for those who don’t like craft beers, they carry Boh(they give you the cap too) and bud light bottles. Their food is excellent too. Best deal is their steak night for $ 14.99 and their $ 6 burger nights. They use Creekstone Farms steaks and burgers which are divinely raised meat products. I usually get take advantage of their happy hour($ 2 off drafts) and $ 6 wing deals. It is pub style and there is no outdoor seating. Bartenders are friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. You should definitely check this place out and take advantage of their great deals!

No other bar in the area comes close with quality of service and overall atmosphere. I would go here every night if I could.

When people think Canton, they think the«square» but what they should be thinking is Hudson Street. I’ve been a few times and it’s safe to say the food isn’t 5 star worthy, but it’s good bar food. Stick with the burgers. Or the Pot Stickers. I’d avoid the pretzels. Too salty. But enough about the food. The beer is what we’re here for. The craft beer selection is top notch and constantly changing. It’s an awesome vibe. The TV’s are always playing whatever sports game is on and there are a couple of table games in the back. This is most definitely a neighborhood gem.

This us a great local place I really enjoyed. The food is pretty solid and the portions generous, but what really surprised me was the beer. I love American craft beer, but place colors outside the lines a bit when it comes to beer selection. You can find the usual American IPAs and Ales, but they also have nice craft Pilsners, some really unusual Italian beers, and a wide selection of Saisons from both the U.S. And Belgium. On top of it all, it had the friendly service and comfortable feel you come to expect from a corner bar in Baltimore. I’ll be back

Craft beer done right… unpretentiously. Large selection of rotating taps w/American craft breweries and Belgians. Appreciate the proper glassware and eclectic beer list and even more that this is a laid back place. Food is solid as well, love their burgers(always cooked to the right temperature). Also family/kid friendly which is a plus.

Stopped in for a Friday night meet up with a few friends. Service was great. Turkey burger was amazing, was not too impressed with the crab pretzel. The orange crush cocktail though? OMG!!! Busy and crowded, but the bartenders are more than attentive, service was great!

The beer list is long, the drunk food abounds. Sampled the fried green beans, mussels, and the infamous crab pretzel. Everything was excellent, but this is not a place to come when you want to eat a meal that will make you feel… shall we say… light. The crab pretzel was the most noteworthy, just because I’d never had anything like it before. A rope of soft pretzel, covered in crab dip, with melted cheese on top. So gluttonous, so delicious. I’m not from the area, but I would probably come back if I ever find myself in Charm City again.

The bartenders were friendly and attentive. Atmosphere was just right on a Thursday night, not too crowded not too slow. The food was really good, I had the chicken Chesapeake with fries. The crab dip was perfect Maryland style and there was even old bay on the fries! And you can never go wrong with a tall Tanqueray and ginger ale.

First off, let me say that I am very disappointed Stackhouse does not have higher ratings. I lived in Canton and went here all the time. It’s a great neighborhood bar. A. This place is always clean! Yes ladies, clean! No disgusting bar bathrooms here. B. Everyone who works here is super friendly C. They have a great beer selection and D. I love the décor of this bar. If you want a true bawlmer experience, go to Stackhouse!

I usually prefer watching the Ravens from the comfort of my own living room, and my fiancé is not much of a sports better. However, we found ourselves in a predicament a couple weeks ago: he bet a hunk of change on the Bills game, so we were on the hunt for a laid-back establishment where we could watch the Bills and Ravens simultaneously. Located just a few blocks from our place, Hudson Street Stackhouse was a natural choice. We camped out for the afternoon cheering on our respective teams while taking advantage of the food and drink specials. While I left a bit sad after a Ravens loss, my fiancé left ecstatic because the Bills won and covered the spread. We’ll be back to watch more football!

First time stopping in to the Stackhouse and I wasn’t dissapointed. I think the menu was pleasantly well-rounded and provided a little bit of everything. I was able to get seafood and my boyfriend who despises seafood could get his typical manly burger. The bartender was super friendly and the food was on point… plus they had TV’s galore. I mean, you really can’t ask for more form a local pub! Sidenote: Check out Venice Tavern in Highlandtown. Apparently the owner of the Stackhouse recently bought out the«basement bar» and plans to give it a new facelift but keep it traditional in its unique sort of way!

A geography lesson: Canton is the Sahara desert and Canton Square is the Red Sea. In between are innumerable oasis scattered amidst Baltimore’s most tranquil row-homes. While on foot along the great pilgrimage from Kissling’s to Of Love and Regret, rest-stop at Baltimore Taphouse, Gitan, Smaltimore, Pearl’s Sports Bar, Mahaffey’s, Mike McGovern’s. the list goes on. Each watering hole has its own unique charm. Hudson St has three: 1) The front window’s offer an amazing breeze. Name three bars you frequent that have open windows. 2) It satisfies a Sunday Funday’s main vice: beer. Food is passable, chicken tenders and wraps are basic, fries can go uneaten. You come here to wet your whistle with one of Charm City’s Top 5 taplists(OLaR, Max’s, Alewife, Mahaffey’s). Boasting an extensive 20+ list with oddities not seen elsewhere and extensive style variety, at least 10 – 12. 3) It fulfills a Sunday Funday’s other vice: football. A few reviews mention the small TVs. Don’t be alarmed. there are at least 8 of them in clusters around the 20-person bar, itself surrounded by bar tables. Each cluster has the same mix of games. What all this geography adds up to is that you can watch any game Hudson show from any seat in the place, bellied up to the bar or reclining at your table. If you’re lucky, you’ll also have a cool fall breeze in your face.
