The staffs of this Giant are rude and lazy. The managers can’t seem to manage the staffs well at all. Avoid this Giant as much as possible!

The newer cashiers are HORRIBLE. I usually go through the self checkout but this time I decided to use the cashier lane. My cashier Kelsea, was rude as hell. Actually rolling her eyes and sucking her teeth when I asked her one question. If you can’t handle the pressures of being a CASHIER when you graduate from high school, you need to re-evaluate your life!

This location is close to me, so l visit it regularly. The store is well maintained with the produce, meat and seafood always fresh. The deli is always stocked and fresh and l have no problems when an item is out of stock and l go to customer service for a rain check. The bakery has an assortment of fresh baked items as well, but l digress. I came here to purchase flowers for a loved one’s birthday. The floral department had an array of arrangements at different price points. I chose a dozen petite blush colored roses for only $ 9.99. They were fresh and not wilted or brown inbthe edge of the petals. I asked the young lady at the floral counter, Linda, if she could jazz them up a bit for me. She said it was her pleasure and took them out of the plastic wrapping and put them neatly arranged in a lace printed wrapping and secured it with a pink satin ribbon at no additional charge! I always find something new at this Giant!

I like going to the Giant on Wilkens Avenue. They staff is very friendly and helpful. Other than a few occasions here and there, I can pretty much find what I am looking for. The only real drawback I experience at this Giant is the parking lot. The parking lot is a decent size, but the parking lot always seems to be crowded, especially since there are a couple of stores around there as well. You are able to use your Giant rewards card at Shell stations for gas, so saving money on gas is always a plus.

The parking lot is terrible. The pharmacy lines are always really long and move very slowly. There always seem to be a shortage of staff. The prices and deals with the membership card are good too.

I must admit; although this GIANT is the closest to me, I almost always find a way to avoid it. Most of the time, something that would take no more than ten minutes takes at least thirty. Unfortunately, they just don’t appear to have the correct amount of staffing to accommodate the amount of people that patronize the business. The location is great for me, the staff are always helpful, and things are easy to find, it just isn’t time conducive. For that reason, I will only come here in a pinch during the lunch hour or mayyyybe bright and early.

It’s my first time went to Giant and I think it is WONDERFUL. I nearly found my the things I needed. And if you got bonus card which you can get one once. you get there, things Will be even cheaper. I like this place.

Not all Giants are made the same. I have been to some ‘Gucci Giants’, but this is not one of them. Super slow service, zombie cashiers and their prices were way high. I’d rather go down the street to the local neighborhood grocery store.

Nice enough store with decent staff doing a pretty good job. Conveniently situated so I can stop and grab a few things after dropping my wife off at the train station in the mornings. I wish I had rated them before they shut down the ovens in their bakery though, I would have given them 5 starts just for that. Unfortunately in the past two weeks they’ve opted for shipping in their bakery products frozen, then thawing them out. I was so disappointed that I couldn’t pick up my warm baguette in the morning anymore.

This one star belongs to the Giant pharmacy. Avoid this pharmacy like the plague. They have horrible customer service and every time I’ve ever gone, I’ve stood in line for at least 45 minutes because they’ve messed up everyone in line’s prescription. Even when I’ve called in refills days in advance, I’ve arrived to find they haven’t filled my prescription without even calling me if there was some problem. No one cares if they mess up, they just push you to the side saying they’re «looking into it» while gossiping about inappropriate things and not looking into anything.
