I’m never going back there. Today, I ordered one of those egg wrap thingies, get in my car, take it out of the package and notice that a bite was taken out of the other end! Someone should inform their staff that biting into their customers food is disgusting. If I wasn’t halfway down the road I would have walked back inside and tossed it at him. Oh, and their bagels were rubbery and stale. Cmon, at least make an EFFORT, dunkin donuts.

This isn’t your artistic neighborhood coffee shop… it’s DD! The reviews seem a little harsh for what it really is! You want coffee or a quick bite to eat then this place can accommodate! It’s not all fancy or trying to be an impressive yuppy coffee bistro… it’s DD! Get your cheap coffee and probably 2-day old donut and go about your robotic work day.

Admittedly not frequenters of DD, but was on the way to Harris Teeter. Nothing good about it except it wasn’t crowded. Sandwich was a soggy, insufficiently warmed frozen thing. «Hash browns» were 5 tater tots. Coffee was too hot for about 10 minutes and then kinda watery. Are all DD’s like this?

This is where donuts, coffee, and service come to die. Over the last year, I’ve been to this DD on approximately ten occasions, and this reflects a summary of these experiences. The staff are incapable of taking and completing an order correctly. I don’t even order anything unique. It often takes 20 minutes or more to receive an order, even when you’re the only customer in the store. That time does not include the time it takes to remake the coffee after they’ve attempted to give you something you didn’t order. When you ask for what you did order, the look you get is one of pure annoyance. There is no understanding or appreciation for decent service. On three different occasions, I simply gave the coffee back to the store and left. Of course, I was not offered a refund, credit or apology. The store inventory is generally pitiful. The few donuts they do offer taste as if they were discarded from another DD across town and sent here to live a second life. As a side note, I don’t know if this is common among other DDs, but my understanding is that when coffee shops serve skim milk, it is usually 1% or 2% skim milk. This DD simply mixes about 1⁄3 whole milk with 2⁄3 water. This just makes a really watery latte.

This is the worst… Service is slow, donuts always taste like they are a day old and they are out of stuff often. Coffee is consistent in terms of other DD’s but that keep me coming back as I like DD donuts a lot! Please fix the store before it loses all of its business!!!

Went on a Saturday morning and they were out of bagels and eggs and their donut selection was bare bones. Terrible. The owner/manager had nothing to offer. Literally nothing. Not even an apology.

Sadly, this DD is under new management. And it is BAD. I think his name is bill and it appears that he likes to be intentionally unhelpful. Tried to get a coffee at 3PM on a weekend and he was counting pennies on the counter. Yes, counting pennies. I was the only one in the store. He didn’t acknowledge me til he had gone through at least 50 pennies. Then, took my order and proceeded to count more pennies before ringing me up on a different cash register. No sense of customer service nor common sense. Getting a coffee at an empty dunkin donuts shouldn’t take 20 minutes.

WORSTDD I’ve ever been to. Waited 30 minutes for 2 coffees and 2 bagel sandwiches. The scene… a lazy Saturday morning. Walked in 7 people waiting in booths for their orders. 5 people ahead of me and each order was a struggle for the manager to process. Bagel inventory was low, donut inventory was terrible. People found out after waiting that they were out of items they had originally ordered. I ordered and it took the manager two times to process my order of two iced coffees and two bagel sandwiches. After waiting 20 minutes, two hot coffees came out. Not the baristas fault as the manager mistyped the order. She tried to make me 2 iced coffees to remedy the mistake, but they had to replace the hazelnut and they ran out of brewed iced coffee and gave me 22⁄3 filled coffees and said ‘sorry about that’ as the only other option was to wait for them to brew another one… which wasn’t happening considering the amount of people waiting. The manager didn’t offer any apologies to any of the customers and didn’t offer any coupons or swag for our troubles/inconvenience. Love the physical location… I just hope they fix their issues as I generally like DD.
