I have been to Delia Foleys several times. Mostly for their wings which have always been exceptional. I have tried several of their dry rubs and other sauce varieties and have never been disappointed. They have a nice draft selection on tap as well. I got a fish wrap one time and it was alight, I’d stick to the wings. Their loaded cheese fries and Shepard’s pie are very good as well. The only downfall I have gathered from my experiences at Delia Foleys is the service. It has been pretty bad almost every time I have gone. The food is worth the wait though! Just don’t expect overly friendly or responsive servers. Try to place your whole order right away because it might be a while before the server comes back.

The Wings of Destiny are among the best in Baltimore. Very nice beer selection too, a long list with some unique picks. I’ve only been a few times, plan to keep coming to try more of their wing varieties but I can’t help ordering the Wings of Destiny every time…

Service was sooooo slow over an hour for some sandwiches and when it came out some orders were wrong and others cold, but the stuff done right was good and the bartender nice

Foods good, service is inconsistent. Recently read a Reddit thread naming Foley’s as one of the best places for wings in the city. Although I don’t consider myself a wing connoisseur, I was very surprised by this opinion. I’m a big fan of the Orangemen and Strongbow BBQ(I can’t handle heat and love BBQ wings). The nachos are also a go-to when dining with a group. Only forewarning is that I’ve heard that their keg lines aren’t cleaned regularly. Though I don’t want to reveal where i heard this, it seemed to be a reliable source. I only order bottles/cans of beer when I’m at Foleys.

Came here on a Saturday afternoon. Happy hour is from 11 – 5, and 5-close. So basically all day happy hour! $ 3 new castle and $ 4 Jameson. I had the quiet man chicken sandwich and made sure to try their Curley fries; which were great! Overall decent not so crowded Irish pub in the middle of fed hill. Great service from the bar tender Courtney.

The redhead bartender upstairs with curly hair is rude to the customers. She complained to me that my group was ordering twist off bottles of beer because it was starting to hurt her hands. Early in the evening I wanted to order wings and I tried to place the order with her and she told me that once she was less busy she would take my order but another bartender could also take the order. I have never experienced such rude behavior by a bartender before. She does not treat you like you’re a customer. Not to mention this was during a Ravens playoff football game and I heard her to tell another Ravens fan to not cheer so loud because he was making her ears hurt. She works at a bar and Grill correct? Udderly poor behavior by a bartender.

What a wonderful place! They have a very friendly staff, I chatted with the barback Aaron for awhile and he was very welcoming to an out of state guest :) also I had the Crab Mac & Cheese and it was very good. I will definitely be returning!

Young crowd. Located in a nice part of Baltimore(Federal Hill). Great place to watch a Ravens game. Best wings in Baltimore! Get the wings! Soo many sauces!

I have been to Delia Foley’s a couple of times mainly for the wings. In my opinion they are some of the best in Baltimore. They have over 30 different sauces. I try to mix it up every time I go and have never been disappointed! they also have a great beer selection and decent happy hour. The service tends to be a little slower but the staff is always friendly and the food is worth the wait. All in all this is a great neighborhood wing spot!

When you’re looking for pub food, you want the traditional no frills experience where the evening is only focused on the food, the beers and the game on the TV. Fortunately, I found a place that truly delivers on that at Delia Foley’s right on Charles St. in Federal Hill. During a recent Orioles game, my friend and I decided to walk over to a local bar, grab a bite to eat, some beers and to watch the game. When we arrived at Delia Foley’s, everyone was enjoying the game. We grabbed a table and quickly ordered some beers. My friend was craving pretzels and we decided to order the Soft Pretzel Nuggets. They came with spicy mustard and a cheesy sauce. Both dips were good, but because the pretzel’s were so oily, all of the sauces basically slid right off. However these pretzels did remind us of the one’s at Auntie Anne’s so if you’re a fan of those, these will probably be right up your alley. We also decided to put in an order for Curly Fries. Unfortunately, these were more of ‘potato wedges with a curl.’ I don’t love potato wedges(thick cut fries just don’t do it for me.) Even though I was expecting something more like the curly fries from Brewers Cask, these were delicious and I dipped them in the sauces from the pretzels. And lastly, the real reason we went to Delia Foley’s, the wings! From browsing Unilocal and Foursquare tips, I knew that the wings were the way to go with our order but there are 30 different sauces to choose from. We figured a ‘two clover’ spice level should be good for us because we didn’t want anything too sweet, but we didn’t want to burn our taste buds. The Oriole sauce sounded perfect for us, not only because we were watching the game. The combination of a sweet bbq sauce with spices sounded really great. We made the right choice with these wings, the sauce had a nice subtle heat that really tasted great as we made it through the order ofwings. And there was tons of that delicious sauce leftover to dip our fries into. It was wonderful and these were easily some of the best wings I have had in a while.

BEST bar in Baltimore. Or maybe it’s because we’ve been regulars so long… My family comes here ATLEAST twice a month. You know what they say about families that drink together… :) The wings are consistently delicious with SOMANY sauces to choose from, and there’s always an interesting«wing of the week» sauce creation. Curly fries are fresh and hot, and the loaded curlies are mind-bogglingly addictive. The popcorn shrimp is delicious and can come with any wing sauce, and the burgers are deceptively good. Think cheesy, melty, pressed perfection. The drinks are strong and cheap at happy hour, and the servers are hilarious and very friendly. Jason and Perry are the absolute best guys ever. Try an «irish breakfast» shot!

Love their wings and beer selection! This bar is always clean and I have always had great service. I don’t really like spicy wings so if you are looking for a more milder choice then try the Orangemen wings! Sooo yummy. :)

I am a huge fan of wings. I ordered from here for the first time after hearing a ton of good things and was not disappointed. Got 3 types of wings to split with friends and the curly fries… Amazing. Was so happy with the portion sizes and the different wings sauces. Destiny was my favorite ! Also got fire starter and raven, also both delicious depending on what you are in the mood for. Love that this place is down the street from me :)

Have visited this bar on two different occasions. First time was during an Orioles game, so it was a bit packed. Second time was during a Ravens home game so it was less packed. Ordered the same thing both times. Service is very slow. Waited 1 full hour for just an order of fries with cheese on them and this is during the game that had a smaller crowd. The busy night(Orioles game) had slow service, but I didn’t complain due to the high volume of customers. The second time was just infuriating! When I finally received my order there was barely any cheese on the fries and there was no dipping sauce. Would have saved an hour of my life and been happier going to another bar or eating at home! HUGE disappointment. Only good thing about this bar is the beer selection. The food selection and quality of the food is so-so.

3.5 stars. Wings are some of the better ones in Fed Hill and with 25+ different flavors, you are bound to find something you like. I usually get the Chipotle Lime or Wings of Destiny. The loaded fries are good as well. Only really come here for the wings so I can’t comment on the other menu items. Place is generally on the quieter side for the most part and they have darts and skee ball. Happy hour drinks specials are solid throughout the week and Sunday is all day happy hour. Good selection of beers on drafts and a sheet full of bottled beer. The thing that bums me out about this place is that wings used to be 49 cents, but now have raised up to 69 cents a piece. It is only a 20 cent increase you say? Well the great value for quality wings was the signature of this place along with their extensive beer list and daily special. The wings are good, but it is questionable to go out of my way and off the beaten path of Fed Hill for something that no longer has value. They also charge more for carry out(or without a drink purchase) which is a complete joke since you could just order wings, only eat 1 wing and then ask for a box and leave.

The food was good, but the service wasn’t. My trivia team couldn’t get a table at our usual Tuesday night haunt, so we headed here. We had a group of 10, which I understand is overwhelming, but our server acted like we were an inconvenience to him.(We aren’t even the rowdy type.) The menus he gave us weren’t up to date, and he acted like it was our fault when we ordered things they were out of. Sorry we just spent $ 100 in your establishment?

Any place that has ski ball is automatically great in my books except for the fact that at 10pm on a Friday it was dead. I think it probably would have been more fun with more people. I wasn’t expecting a quiet bar on a Friday night in Fells. I guess I’m still caught off by that. I think the hubby enjoyed the buffalo wings. It was our last bar on a pub tour, it’s all blending together.

We came here around 10PM. This bar was not very crowded… at all. Things I like: –Ski Ball Machine –Two story bar –Big screen tv’s up stairs… like huge! –Lots of seating –Their loaded fries were the best thing I think I’ve ever had that were made out of potatoes and cheese Things I didn’t like: –No energy –Our bartender Walsh was nice but was hard to get a hold of and they honestly weren’t that busy. –I know this is normal, but it still rubbed me the wrong way. Dude took my drink on the way out of the bar… I was drinking diet coke :(I just wanted a soda in a plastic up! –We got the boneless wings and they tasted good but they were so small! –No dancing or good music
