Do not go to the location on Manchester Rd in Ballwin. If you do please do not let Rebecca cut your hair. I took my 2 daughters there last night and was given horrible service. She was so annoyed that we came in close to closing that she made my daughter stand in the middle of the store and cut her hair dry. When I asked why she did not wet her hair she said that her hair was so straight it did not need to be wet. My daughter’s hair is uneven and looks horrible. I now have to take her to another salon to get it fixed. To make matters worse they charged me $ 13 for a trim and only spent 3 minutes with my child.

Coming here for a year and had no bad experiences. The only change I notice is the employee turnover is noticeable. You may get a slight variation of cuts at each visit. The online reservation is the best way to get in with no waiting.

Been taking my family here for the last 10 years. Excellent service and no issues with the haircuts. Great prices and even better with a coupon! Also check in online prior to visiting to get the best and fastest service!
