Hardy Building Solutions is owned and operated by a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) who specializes in residential and commercial inspection services. We have performed more than 1,500 home inspections following the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) standards of practice. We have also provided hundreds of commercial Property Condition Assessments (PCA). PCAs provide a record of a property’s condition at the present moment, and forecasts what level of expense a buyer might expect to incur in order to maintain the property and keep it in compliance. Additional services include Building Performance Institute (BPI) certified energy audits, engineering consultations including structures, forensic engineering studies for residential buildings, termite inspections and radon testing.

Kyle H.

Business Owner

Kyle is a Licensed Professional Engineer and Certified Member of the Amercian Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) who is privileged to serve the St. Louis Metro Area, including Manchester, Ballwin, Chesterfield, Wildwood, St. Louis County, St. Charles County, Jefferson County and St. Louis City. Kyle’s career began at Lucent Technologies after graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Missouri, Columbia School of Engineering in 1998. He achieved his Master Degree from the School of Business at Webster University in 2003. His professional home inspection career began when he joined ABA Inspections and Consulting that same year. At ABA Inspections and Consulting he learned from some of the most knowledgeable inspectors and structural engineers in the St. Louis area. In 2006, Kyle went to work for Terracon Consulting Engineers where he performed hundreds of commercial property inspections. From 2009 to 2013 Kyle worked as an architectural engineer focusing on
