History

Established in 1999.

Computer Answers started out with just one technician, that was the owner Paul. As the business grew because of quality service, and repeat customers, Paul expanded the company into the first store in Albany, NY. As the business continued to expand the business has now grown into 5 locations, and the extent of the services has increased tremendously.

Manager

Dwayne came into the company as a regular technician, but as he saw the potential of our small company, he realized that this would be his home. Now Dwayne Coonradt is the vice president of Computer Answers. He strives to teach each technician the same values which he used to make the company a better experience for the customers. Under Dwaynes leadership, there have been 2 more locations opened and Ballston Spa is the latest addition. Dwayne would say if you are not wowing a customer then you are likely not doing something right.
