Bella Nani Salon & Spa

I went to Bella Nani after purchasing a Living Social deal for a gel manicure. The girl who did my nails was really friendly, but I wasn’t really thrilled with how my nails turned out and the whole appointment felt really rushed, so when Living Social asked for feedback, I gave them my honest opinion — that everyone was really nice, but I wasn’t happy with the way my nails turned out. The owner, Kim, responded to my feedback by apologizing and offered to fix my nails herself for free, so I called and set up an appointment. She admitted that they had overbooked themselves with the Living Social deal and that it was hectic. She set aside the rest of the evening just for me to make sure I would be happy. She spent two whole hours making sure my nails were perfect. She removed the existing gel manicure (which takes quite a bit of time), filed my nails down, checking to make sure I was happy with how they looked, helped me pick out a new color since it’s hard to tell what the colors look like in the bottles, and meticulously applied it, using three coats of color. I don’t usually like small talk, but she made me feel comfortable and sat with me the whole time, even when I was waiting for my nails to cure. I realize I won’t get this level of service every time, but I really, really appreciate Kim’s commitment to make sure I was happy. It was not necessary for her to go to such lengths. Give them a try!
