No espresso in a latte I got. Even asked to make sure. All milk and caramel, zero coffee flavor or color. Workers leave their kids inside to hang while they work. The parking and drive thru sucks, always blocked in. Fuck this place.

I ordered an Oreo Coolatta through the drive thru. The woman asked me to taste it and she said if I didn’t like it, she would make another one for me. I thought that was nice. It was very good though.

Its sad but they are the worse Dunkin Donuts I’ve been to. Whats supposed to be a hot coffee is cold from them adding too much milk. Its like half milk. They not only don’t how to make coffee the way you ask, they are slow. They seem to hire people who either can’t speak English well, or have an attitude. They will give you your order and forget to put an item in the bag. Poor service and save yourself the trip. Don’t go there. Drive thru there is an inconvenience also.

I would love to give this place more stars because I do like the workers, but the parking is limited and it is always so packed. I wish it were a bigger place with quicker service, especially on Saturday mornings when I go once in a while.

For some reason, despite it being a «drive thru» they make you drive around, park and wait for them to bring out your order from the front door. Last time I checked, you aren’t supposed to have to park to use a drive thru…

Used to love this DD because it’s on my way to work and has a drive-​thru. However, there’s a manager who works there in the morning who is really rude and ironically takes forever even though last time I was there he lectured his employees on service speed while I say there for 5 minutes just waiting for him to hand me my card back.

The best perk of this DD for me is the location, right next to my office and that it has a drive thru. Unfortunately the drive thru is usually so packed and slow I go inside. When I go inside I find they cater to the drive thru and they are even slower to get the orders up. I go here on off hours. Don’t visit during the morning rush unless you want to wait.

This location is very convenient for those waiting for the train, but not quite as convenient as the deli at the corner of the station. If you’re crossing Sunrise Hwy to get here… BE CAREFUL! The cars are bigger than you and are solid.

This Dunkin Donuts is the worst one I’ve ever been to. I used to come in here to wait for my mom sometimes and every time I asked for something they got my order wrong. After giving them more chances then they deserved I decided the frustration wasn’t worth it and I started going to the Baldwin Coach Diner if I had to meet my mom and wait for her.
