I work nearby, the food is meh, okay — though convenient. I usually order soup to go. Not much of anything to compete with in the neighborhood them except two over-priced deli’s. They accept plastic on orders over 10 $ — good grief… is that legal? Today’s $ 6 cup of soup was cold, not the first time. i don’t think I’m going back until they make a serious change. I tire of their take it or leave it, dysfunctional brand of gor-meh chaos…

The coopermarket is awesome. Their mushroom soup, fresh salads and premade dinners are awesome as are all the people that work there. Cheese selection and desserts are divine. Stop what you are doing and go there now.

Whoa! What a great find. The array of food was just right for my Friday evening addled brain. Perfect pie(since I subscribe to the«select dessert first» theory of dining) and then lovely string beans, zucchini linguini, and some fish for tonight. The quiche called so I picked up lunch for tomorrow and… oh that lemon pound cake for toasting Sunday morning to make the week-end complete. This was my fist time at this nugget but it certainly will not be my last. I plan to use them to prepare my «on the fly» meals to take on the plane, future small dinner parties, etc. How did I not know of this place before now??? FAB-U-LOUS.(Park behind the shop for total ease of experience)

I can’t rave enough about this place. Been going here for about 6 yrs. and have never been disappointed. The prepared foods are exceptional — there’s a bunch of items prepared daily, Grilled fish, Brisket(some of the best in the city and burb’s), great chicken dishes, flank steak, pasta dishes, crab cakes — and always lots of good vegetables. Anything you get here is seasoned just right. The owner and her chef clearly know how to cook good food. Everything is homemade — cooked on premises. The soups are well worth the cost. The chicken soup is as good as it gets. Lot’s of locally sourced items too! In season they have amazing, locally grown fresh heirloom tomatoes. The owner runs a great market — and the staff is always so nice and pleasant. The baked goods are also amazing… specifically the cookies, cakes, scones, bread pudding.
