There needs to be a negative Star! We had the same experience. Wouldn’t return Phone Call, when reported to Groupon, called, made appt and then No Show, No Call and back to not returning calls! I will give Groupon kudos, I again sent them a complaint and ask for my money back (I had bought two Groupons), they gave me Groupon Cash for the full dollar amount that I paid. Works for me! I am headed to the BBB and see if I can file a complaint there!

What a joke, didn’t show up to two appointments. I’m calling groupon for a refund. Don’t buy into this scam!

Bought a groupon for Windows and More on June 4^th. I called to schedule an appointment within the first couple of days. I should known when calling the first time and the mail box was full that this was not a professional company. I finally was able to get through and scheduled an appointment. The appointment was scheduled for June 27^th, waited all day no show. The owner called me that evening and had the gall to ask if anyone had shown up to do the windows. What kind of question is that? If your asking you already know the answer. I told him no and he wanted to come right then. I was busy but rescheduled for July 2^nd. I took the first appoinment which was at 0700, that way if he didnt show i didn’t waste my entire day. Guess what, no show. Called the company about 0730 and he actually called me back within ten minutes. He basically didn’t have me scheduled. I want to know why he doesn’t keep track of his appointments, so unproffessional. We rescheduled for 0900 same day. Sitting here almost 10 oclock and still not here. I contacted groupon and received a full refund and filed a complaint. Please if your thinking about getting this great deal don’t, its not worth your time and the aggrevation for the money you will save. The only reason this company gets 1 star is because i have to give a star rating.

Had an appointment set up for ⁷⁄₁₆. No one showed up or called. I have left multiple messages over 3 days for setting up a new appointment when his mail box is not full. This guy is a FLAKE. Next step is to try and get a refund from Groupon.

BIG MISTAKE by Groupon. We purchased our $ 60 coupon. Two kids showed up at our home late. They didn’t have a latter and needed to borrow ours to do the job. Asked for our Groupon coupon upon arrival and evaluated the job. No mention of any additional charges. Upon completion they presented an invoice for 3 times our Groupon deal. This is a classic bait and switch and Groupon should pull the offer and not associate with companies like this. Never again…

This guy Steve has no idea what he is doing. First off I just want to agree with the two ladies before me he never returns phone calls and had two young kids show up at my house who also had no idea what they were doing, they couldn’t even get a screen off let alone left streaks all over our windows. My wife and I paid 60 $ for a groupon ended up getting charged 120 $ extra for what? I HAVE NO CLUE! I will never use this company again. I suggest anyone TO CALL SOMEONE ELSE!

Unfortunately, the merchant did not show up for our appointment, either. We made it more than 2 weeks ago, and today we could not get a return call, or return text. We wasted our afternoon waiting for the guy, and moved all things so that he would have easy access. How frustrating! I have initiated a refund from Groupon.

Wow! Just read the previous review and the same exact thing happened to me. I’d prepaid to have 20 windows cleaned, scheduling a morning appointment. The guy never showed up, no phone call or email. I called and left a message, waiting to hear from him. No such luck. I decided to call later from a different phone. Well guess what? He answered, apologized for missing the first appointment and rescheduled for the next morning. And he was a complete no-​show again. I wasted two mornings and money.
