I have been going to this medical group for over 12 years now, and I’ve always had great experiences.
Everyone is very friendly and you get the personal touch that I think is rare today for a doctors office. If you don’t get your appointment at the right time there can be a wait, but that’s because they’re giving other patients the same personal care that you will get as well. I think it is well worth the wait.

Staff is soo rude. Would NOT recommend this place. They denied me an appointment because according to them i had missed three, which was untrue, i only missed one. I was told to call and re-schedule, when i did call back they denied me an appointment very rudely. Cant even imagine the Doctors if they allow their staff to mistreat patients that way. Im glad i realized from the start how they would treat me in the future if i did became one of their patients.

We have been going to Mesa West medical for years. Dr. Gilli and Kevin Nelson are both great. In the past I always objected to seeing a FNP but I ask for Kevin every time now. He takes great care of us. All the girls at the front desk and all the nurses are wonderful. Consider yourself blessed if you get to have Mesa West as your primary care provider. They are on time too.
