Brought in a brand new silk blouse to be steamed so I could wear it out for the first time and unfortunately it was returned back to me with a snag down the front of the blouse. I was contacted by the store manager, Erika, after I had made multiple attempts to contact a supervisor or manager the day prior. Erika ensured me they would take care of the issue and apologized that it took a day for her to return my call but it had been her day off. I brought my item in to her with the receipt to show it had indeed been purchased only 3 days prior to me having it steamed. When Erika found out I was from out of town she made sure everything was taken care of very quickly and I was reimbursed for the blouse in full within hours. I couldn’t be happier with how Erika handled everything and how kind and professional she was throughout the process!

I like the quick service and drive thru option, but they completely ruined a very expensive top. They denied being responsible and asked me if they could send the shirt to a tester to see if the stain was dry cleaning related. I said sure! bc i was confident that it was. The results came out positive so they took full responsibility so it ended up working out– but annoying that the shirt got damaged and they questioned whether I was lying…

They are actually better than A-​OK. I give them 3.5 stars. Very quick and convenient. I believe their slogan is «In by 11 ready at 4». So far, it’s been accurate. I’ve never had any problems with them.

Today Cleaners is a very professional and quick cleaners. I like them i take all my suit pants and shirts there for normal cleaning and pressing. It is great also being they can have your dry cleaning done same day which often my case is needed being i wait till the last minute to take it. I would recommended them to anyone that needs to have something dry cleaned.
