I really like Dr Ragland, but it is difficult to see him. He works at KMC also, and sometimes he is late getting to his appointments, coming from KMC. He is also very chatty, which makes his appointments run long, resulting in a longer wait. On average, I wait between 30 – 45 minutes to see him.
He just moved to KMPG at CBCC, and I had to leave a message to make an appointment, and didn’t get a call back. I called back an hour and a half later and was told his next appointment is in December, two months away. I have bad ear pain, and I don’t want to go to urgent care, so I’ve changed my pcp and got an appointment today to see Dr Cho on H st. Hopefully I like him, but I already know that it will be easier to see him than Dr Ragland.
