I have gone to Dr. Cho a few times now and I am very pleased with him. He always takes the time to listen and hasn’t made me feel like he’s rushing to get me out like most Dr’s. The wait is never long while in the waiting room or to get an appointment. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend you see Dr. Cho if you are looking for a new physician that actually cares, he is GREAT!

Not a very customer friendly oriented office. Referred me to a foot specialist, and when foot specialist returned the recommendation for surgery, they did not read it but put in file. Waited for me to call 6 months later and then required me to set-up office appointment for them to read it. When I went in the office, the doctor asked why I was there. Then they made me contact the foot specialist to get the recommended surgeon. When I went to the surgeon in LA for a consult, there was no referral there. I had to made frantic phones calls to get the referral faxed. A few weeks later, they sent my wife and I letter stating that«we were no longer considered patients». Is there any customer service training in Med school? I should not have to do all of the leg work while the doctor bills my insurance. Only go here if your standards are low, and you are retired and can go around town and gather their paperwork and make their phone calls for them. Also, the office and exam room are so basic, it looks like you are in central Mexico. I expect this in Lamont.

The only thing Dr. Cho is good for is treating colds and basic illnesses. Dr. Cho mis-diagnosed me two times for two different illnesses. Not only did he claim that my back pain was caused by «inflamed soft tissue» but he also failed to tell me that the medication that he prescribed causes liver damage until I had been on the medication for over a year. After a visit to the chiropractor, I discovered that I actually suffered from a congenital back disorder. Dr. Cho also mis-diagnosed me as a type 2 diabetic, and treated me as such for three months, before I was referred to an endocrinologist and correctly diagnosed as a type 1 diabetic. His«nurse»(wife) is a pathetic excuse for a nurse, and does not seem to know what she is doing most of the time. The only reason I stayed with him is because I did not want to go through the trouble of changing doctors. However, the last straw was when he failed to authorize an emergency prescription for my insulin, claiming that he needed to see and assess me first, even though he was the one who initially diagnosed me. Dr. Cho is an inept physician, and I highly recommend against making him your physician.

I changed to Dr Cho after my boyfriend had been a patient of his for some time. The office is cozy and the staff is wonderful. There is never a long wait. Dr Cho is amazing. HE takes his time to talk to you and you are never rushed. You are given personal care. I trust his judgments and have no need to second guess. Thank you for the great care.

Thorough, intelligent, respectful, does not hesitate to refer to a specialist or order a test when needed or when he’s outside of his expertise, I could not recommend Dr. Cho more highly.
