Off-​Leash K9 Training (OLK9) is an off leash dog training business originally founded by Nick White, and is based in Northern Virginia; however, we have many locations throughout the United States.

Jesse Kiener is the owner of the Phoenix Off-​Leash K9 Training location.

Business Owner

Jesse is the owner of the Phoenix location. Additionally he is a Marine Veteran, serving from 2004 – 2008. After separating from the Marine Corps he began contracting in Tactical Communications. Jesse has worked under unique conditions in several locations and loves a challenge.

In his personal life he has always loved another challenge, working with dogs. Jesse loves to take time working with dogs of friends and family and is extending his love of dog training to the Phoenix Valley.

Jesse believes every dog is capable of being trained, and is excited about the natural intelligence of the dog. With his passion, Jesse dedicates himself in training any dog, any size, and any breed to be 100% obedient for their owners so both can live a long, happy life.
