In our own healing journey, we seek an environment that reflects a heart centered approach to healing. Our wish is to reflect these values to you. Each package with massage is designed to be thorough to unwind your body tangles while perfectly pampering at the same time. Many people return to us year after year for our simple indulgent packages that are very affordable, using the best ingredients of the land and sea. Our bodywork studio focuses on couples, with extra large treatment rooms, artsy and elegant, each with private bathroom/​shower. We are a family owned and operated business with an all female staff. We have a free courtesy shuttle that leaves from the center of town. We are often complimented by clients that being away from the downtown noise and bustle is peaceful and calming.

History

Established in 1995.

Local island massage therapists Alison Neville and Helen Howard, were the only fitness company on the island, providing fitness and weekend retreats with massage. We became so popular for our unique style of massage, we were invited to take over the Spa at the Catalina Canyon Resort and Spa. We have the largest couple’s treatment rooms on the island, nestled in a tropical natural setting. Each treatment room, is equipped with a private bathroom, a magically boutique sanctuary where we personally mix only the purest sustainable ingredients of the best the land and sea have to offer. Enjoy our commitment to the highest quality essential oils in our aromatherapy blends. Ali is an empathic intuitive healer and guide. Helen is a fitness enthusiast. Both have taught and shared their gifts in holistic healing for over 20yrs. We are a family run business. All of our therapists are trained in our unique blend of East meets West massage that has made our bodywork famous with locals and cherished visitors. Both Ali and Helen incorporate their expertise into their bodywork… Ali can be scheduled for intuitive guidance and intuitive bodywork and Helen can be scheduled for private fitness sessions.
