Five Stars without a doubt! Excellent customer service, doggie delectables, premium food, the cutest collars, toys, handmade treats & pup goodies anywhere! Natural, safe products & food. I’ve learned a lot from them. The puppy coiffure section will have your little one looking better than best of show! The owners take great pride in their shop’s appearance and service… they are really top drawer people. The puppy stylists are superb too! I won’t go anywhere else. I even buy gifts for others’ ups here!

I would give this establishment no stars if I could! I regret my initial review recommending this establishment. I had an appointment this evening to have Gunner groomed and it was about as bad of an experience as I could have ever imagined. The «groomer» met us at the front desk and her first words were, «Oh, what happened to him? Has he been out in the rain?» I replied that he had not been brushed out in a day or so. She then stated that she would not be able to brush him out citing his difficult behavior on his initial visit. Which is strange because on his initial visit they told us how well behave and cute he was, it was never stated to us that he was a problem. I feel that we were treated very rudely and I am confused as to why we were not told about any concerns about our dog’s behavior when we scheduled his second appointment or when they called us to confirm his appointment yesterday. While all this was taking place, the owner continued to stare at his computer while his employee proceeded to act unprofessionally, so evidently this type of behavior is condoned at this establishment. Needless to say, I am rescinding my initial review of Woof Gang and will not be returning. I’ll be going somewhere that actually knows how to groom Westies and cares for all dogs.

This is our third attempt to find a good groomer for our Yorkie puppy. After two disasters we found our «go to» groomer in Asher. He did everything we requested and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

Excellent job our big dog to shave that heavy coat for August and completed in the time promised. Thank you!

I won’t go here again. I’ve been 3 times. The first time was great, the second time was mediocre, the third time has made me a non customer. I made an appointment for my golden retriever for a bath and light trim (tail, butt feathers, feet). My husband brings her in and calls me frantically because they have her down as a full shave down. I try calling 3 times before someone answers the phone and the owner fluffs it off as «oh, it was a mistake, it’s a pull-​down menu for service on the computer when they book what type of groom, we wouldn’t shave her without double checking». So we pick her up, and for $ 65 she got a bath and a hack job on her feet. They didn’t trim her nails, her tail, her feathers or get the knot out behind her ear. I could have taken her to self wash and paid $ 15 for what I got. Won’t go there ever again.

This was my first time having my pup groomed at this place and to say the least, i was NOT impressed and would not recommend.
A guy named Asher groomed my dog and it took WAY longer than suggested, i requested bows which were not put in, seemed like there was not any attention to detail.
Not worth the price.

Unfortunately, we did not have a great experience here. Apparently our two little dogs «had» to be shaved. I did not want them shaved but agreed to leave it up to the groomer. She shaved one to the point of almost absolutely no hair, our poor dog looked pitiful. She did not shave the other one, but charged me just about double for «dematting». It was crazy. We were charged $ 75 for our third dog to be groomed/​shaved (which is somewhat reasonable), however, I just realized that there is no way they clipped his nails as they are at least an inch long. Sadly we will not be going back.

I’m so glad to have found such a great place — and so close to my house is a bonus! I visited this and other groomers my vet recommended before making a decision, and as soon as I walked in Woof Gang, there was no contest. It’s calm, quiet, clean and nice. The dogs are not stuffed in crates or cages, but are treated like buddies. Our groomer, Courtney, does a wonderful job on our BIG, fluffy Great Pyrenees. And the prices are so reasonable for the great service & «spa» environment. The owner, Judy, has incredible knowledge about dog nutrition and a great selection, so we buy all of our dog food here. I don’t care if it’s cheaper online — I’m so grateful for the help, personal service and caring concern that I want to support this local business. AND they help raise money for rescue organizations, which is right up my alley. Loyal customer here!

I love this place! I love that they have specific grooming appointments. I don’t have to drop my dog off in the morning and have her wait her turn all day. She has cardiac and trachea issues and our groomer Asher makes adjustments as needed to accommodate my dog. She is wonderful with her, so caring and does an excellent job. I went today to pick up Corkie and she was hanging out behind the counter, very chill and relaxed. She didn’t even run up to try to get to me! That says a lot about how they treat my baby while she is there.
Asher is a great groomer and really takes time with each dog. Very fair pricing, too. Please support this local store and groomer!

BE AWARE! BEWARE! BE AWARE!
So I have been taking my precious Dog to this location since October. The staff has ALWAYS been beyond helpful, friendly and full of wonderful treats, toys, charms etc.
BUT THEN
I took my dog to get groomed. The normal person that usually grooms my dog was not there so a groomer by the name of AMBER cut his hair. BIG MISTAKE!
I come back to pick him up only to peep thru the window and see her on her cell phone. I didn’t want to appear rude so I politely let her finish and said nothing. Immediately when my dog was out of the groom he began scooting on his rear and biting at his back side. I didn’t think much of it & he seemed more interested in going home. That day he persisted — I called and asked if they expressed his anal glands and the response was «she said she TRIED to». Okay I don’t know about your dog but this has never been an issue before. (I later took him to the vet and they said it HAD NOT BEEN DONE AT ALL).
This unfortunately is not the worst of it…
So a few hours later my dog was absolutely uncontrollable and obviously uncomfortable. So I took a good look at him and to my HORROR he was SCRAPED FROM «STEM TO STERN». His belly had been RAKED with the clippers, his PENIS cut, and all the way back to and including his anus was butchered. He was missing a significant amount of skin from his backside and it was bleeding!!!
I called the bakery and Judy the owner was apologetic and offered to cover any expenses incurred & refund the haircut. BUT ONLY AFTER things like, «are you sure it’s not a reaction to his flea oil» (ridiculous) and «well she doesn’t even shave his belly» (lie) and «she said she didn’t even notice it was happening «(no way!).
HERE IS MY PROBLEM:
First of all this chick was on the PHONE while doing the haircut
Then when I got my dog back she never uttered a word about his cuts and instead she later said she «didn’t know» she had cut him!!!
I KNOW he HAD TO Unilocal IN PAIN MORE THAN ONCE. Maybe if she wasn’t on the phone she would have heard him. The vet was astonished that AMBER was not fired and he even suggested I report her for animal abuse because his cuts were so many and so deep. He too said there was no way she cut him that significantly and didn’t know (more like she didn’t care).
I do not think this person has any business working where she can injure an animal and clearly have no conscience about it or repercussions. I am angry that there was NO APOLOGY from her, I am furious that she didn’t even tell me what had happened immediately and instead I have been met with denial that she «had no idea». I have seen posts on facebook over the last few days with her and other doggie clients and it angers me. I CAN NOT BELIEVE SHE CAN LIE TO A CLIENT (a very good one I might add), ASSAULT A PERSONS PET and just get away with it. I feel like my pet and my trust have been ABSOLUTELY VIOLATED. Needless to say we will not be returning and that is a shame.

Cutest dog bakery!!! So glad i stopped in! Great friendly owners! Everyone should buy their babies a cupcake… Just cuz!

This is the first Woof Gang Bakery I have stopped in at. The staff was very friendly, the shop is extremely clean and they made my dog feel very comfortable. They had a great selection of dog treats and helped me pick some out for training. Haven’t gotten to try their salon services yet, but will definitely bring my pooch in for some soon!

I absolutely love this place and so do my puppies. They have the best variety of natural dog treats and food for your little loved ones. The staff and owner are very caring. Clean store, good variety of product and the most adorable bakery ever! Love it!

This place is so cute and so clean. Judy, the owner, is super sweet and is ready & willing to answer any questions you might have about grooming, food, etc. They have great hours of operation and even sell my brand of cat food. I haven’t had a chance to try our their grooming yet but I plan to as I have heard good things!

My first review on Unilocal — I think this place is great! I am a recent transplant to Austin and wondered if I’d end up with a mobile groomer like back home or shop groomer. I have to say I am glad I took my dogs here. This place is very clean, has a friendly staff, and best of all, the dogs looked better than ever.
