My new favorite place to get a mani pedi. This place is the ultimate is posh, fun, exciting all rolled into one.

VERY impressed with my nails. Wet is definitely pricey, but if you’re looking for unique nail art in Austin this is the best salon to visit!

Wet Canvas Nail Salon is the unique atmosphere and quality service you’re looking for! The salon is beautifully designed and a great place to sit and chat, relax, and get a fabulous manicure. Diana is friendly, funny, and does excellent work! Cheyenne was friendly and great to talk with as well! I’m definitely returning back to Wet Canvas! Setting up appointments ahead of time is definitely the way to go.

Best nail experience ever! It was so much fun. Great music and wonderful ladies. You have to try the unicorn farts cocktail. Delicious! Elaine was amazing. She got the shape on point. A little more than I usually spend, but definitely worth it. So worth it! This will definitely be my regular nail salon. Thank you ladies for making my experience f*****g awesome!

Wet canvas is amazing! When you first walk in you are blown away by the décor. They offer several services that you can’t get at other places in town. I tried the temperature changing nail polish this time. It is pretty cool. They also offer spray tan and lashes. The music and cocktails are a nice touch for a girls day out experience. I will definitely be back to try out the pedicure.

Went to wet canvas last Saturday, very cute spot. The interior is decorated nicely and they offer a complimentary beverage which is nice.
I asked for the acrylic full set with matte polish and I’m very disappointed in how they look because I paid an extra $ 10. My nails are still very shiny and not matte at all. I was there for over 2 hours which would be fine if you’re in a relaxing environment, but it just got old sitting there.
Would recommend if girls are looking for unique nails because they definitely have the talent, just need to tweak a few things. And not charge $ 10 for matte (didn’t know until I asked for a receipt).

Was really excited to have my nails done after reading all of the positive reviews! I wanted something fantastic for my business Christmas Party so I booked for a full set and gel polish on a Sunday morning! I arrived 20 minutes early and the place was a ghost town. A girl came from the back and greeted me, checked me in and proceeded to let me know my nail tech would be with me shortly. The place is very cute and you can tell a lot of thought and money went into decorating. I waited 15 minutes until a gentleman came over and asked if I had an idea of what I wanted, i replied I did and I had some pictures of the nail shapes that I prefer. Fast forward another 20 minutes and he asked to see the pictures so he can get a good idea of what I was wanting. Obviously trying to buy my time with small talk but at this point it’s kind of frustrating because I booked my appointment at 11:45 so that I could make it down the street at 2 for my hair appointment. It’s 12:00 and time is ticking I let him know I need to be out of there by 1:45 so that I can make my next appointment which is why I specifically booked at that time and arrived extra early. What I wanted was simple but after showing him a picture he said that she would not be able to have me out on time and that basically I couldn’t get anything done today. Really, really frustrating I booked my appointment at a specific time for a reason… The online booking system said with my original time I would be out by 1:30. So they couldn’t take me and I had to rush around Austin to find somewhere else to go to get my nails done before my Christmas party that night!!! On my way out I asked the gentleman if I was going to be charged per their cancellation policy. He replied no and I went on my merry little way. Today I check my email and get a response stating their cancellation policy and the consequences of not giving a 24 hour notice. Well I never!!! Helllooooo I wish I could charge you for my wasted time. How ruuuuuude!

I don’t like that they don’t have pedicure massage chairs. Or that you can’t adjust the chairs for shorter people.
That’s something they didn’t take into consideration.

I really hate to give such a low review but I promised to be honest. 1) I loved the salon and the experience. It was very nice and the color section was good. The staff was super nice and very creative with nail art, which I love. The nail art appliqués I had on were super hot and I got tons of compliments. 2) With that said, it didn’t last that long. :(I had my nails done on Saturday afternoon, and by Sunday morning my nail appliqués were lifting and curling and some had come off, even though I had gel polish to set them. The gel polish top coat peeled off and snagged on everything. I don’t think it’s the nail techs fault, perhaps this technique doesn’t work well for nail cut out appliqués. Super bummed my mani didn’t last long, I really wanted to show it off at work to the rest of my girlfriends. Nevertheless, I do plan on going back and trying something else.

Love this place, from the people to the environment! The atmosphere is so cool along with the music. This is not your average spa like feeling or mall nail salon. Its a place you can come hang, talk, get your nails done, have a cocktail and you leave energized. I drove from dripping Springs and this is definitely my new nail place. I had my nails done by the owner and she is just awesome. Her skill is insane and she is so fun to talk to as well as her husband. I got a good vibe from all the employees. Just cool people. Definitely ranks up there as one of my top experiences since I moved to Austin. Love finding awesome businesses to support!

This salon feels a lot like a bad night club.
The nail «bar» seating is uncomfortable. The staff has to sit on their knees in bar stools in order to work. They play very loud pop music. It’s not a relaxing experience.
I came in for a manicure appointment. Before scheduling, I shared that I only had 30 minutes. Even with skipping the massage, I left after 45 minutes without a top coat. They charged me $ 35 for a half-​completed manicure that didn’t meet my needs.
It was an annoying experience both in atmosphere and service.

They are so friendly here, drinks are awesome, their work is great, the place is clean, great music, great vibe. Will definitely come back again.

Got my nails done here 5 weeks ago and my nails still look great! The quality of work is what keeps me coming back. Love the cocktails and friendly faces!

What can I say, this place was amazing. Nothing like any other nail salons I’ve been to and I love it. The atmosphere is beautiful and glamorous, complimentary drinks, and getting gorgeous nails. It may be on the pricier side, but you honestly get what you paid for here. I can’t wait to come back and see y’all again.

Hands down the best pedicure I’ve ever had. It took about an hour for my pedicure and another 30 for my nails, gel manicure. The location is great, space is beautifully done, and very clean. I wish I could find a spot like this in my own town. I will be stopping by whenever I’m in town. I will say it is a bit on the pricey side but I feel like the experience and ambience more than justified the fee.
This is not your average nail salon, the techs take their time with each client and you won’t be rushed. I honestly had no idea what to expect but it was close to my hotel and open on Sunday. Luckily I called early enough in the day to get an appointment late in the afternoon. I’m glad I did I saw several people that were turned away because they didn’t have time to get to everyone.
I got a boring French but I saw some of the 3D art they do… just stunning.

Wet canvas nail bar is my favorite treat. They are a little vacation in the middle of my week. Perched on a blue velvet throne with a mimosa in hand I feel like a queen. The ladies take amazing care of my feet, and I feel like I’m walking on a cloud once they’re done. My last pedi the paint didn’t chip for almost 5 weeks.
The establishment is scrupulously clean which is not always the case at nail salons. Located on south congress with covered parking makes it an even bigger bonus. I can not recommend this spa enough.
My next adventure is to book an appointment for lash extensions. I saw a woman leave looking like a movie star with her amazing lashes. Over all I wish I could give more than 5 stars

First off let me start by saying DIANA and her husband the owners of this gorgeous, upscale, salon are ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!! I live in the Berkshire SoCo area located right behind this location! Contacted Wet Canvas an hour prior to their closing time to set an appointment for the following business day and was provided immediate same day service! This salon has the very best, experienced, professional staff! Diana is a perfectionist when it comes to ensuring your nails look perfect and you are 100% satisfied with her work! She stayed way past closing to accommodate my needs while providing mimosa refills! I highly recommend you to visit this salon if you haven’t done so yet! You definitely won’t regret it! I refuse to visit any other salon after discovering this little gem!

Wanted to pamper myself with a mani pedi. Lucky me. This Salon has been open for a few weeks. It is 5 Minutes from my hotel.
Very elegant décor. Specialty is artsy nails but they do Gel style as well. Love their pedi stations in a uiet cubby with a chilled glass of dry white wine.

I’ve worked on South Congress for years and was super stoked when a nail salon opened up near me!
I think they usually work by appointment but they said they take walk-​ins if they can so I jumped on it!
It was much more «fabulous» than what I’m use to and I really liked it! They served me a drink right away and told me about some cool new color changing/​mood gel polish. They girl who did my nails took her time and told me the story of how their salon came about. Super cool! Very down to earth people with employees that are super nice to each other and seem genuinely happy to be there. They were really excited about what they do and it made me feel excited too be a part of their passion.
I will definitely go back! Also, the color changing polish is EVERYTHING.
