Westlake Pool and Spa have been taking care of our pool at our school for several years now. All our technicians arrive on time and on the day they are suppose too. When there is a holiday or bad weather we get a call from the owners and given options for make-​up days. The guys work hard and long days to make sure the Westlake commitment is maintained. They have also done preventative maintenance on our pump and done repairs all at very affordable prices.

Don’t know what to say about the negative reviews, but I had a number of communications with Mark and Johnny to get an estimate for the installation of a new Intelliflo to replace a single speed pump, and they were always quite responsive. It was not a difficult job, but is necessary to get a pro to install to get the warranty coverage from Pentair. The service tech, who was very experienced, was on time and rewired the control panel and bypassed the dial and freeze protection, which is not something I would have considered since a booster pump remained in place. In the end, the bill was below estimate, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use again.

I’m so impressed by this company. They are very professional and aware of all the services needed. Their staff works efficiently and are timely each month. I was able to talk to the owners about what I wanted and they had so much knowledge of the system I currently have. They even made some improvements that saved me money. In the past I had made the mistake of using non professionals for my pool services and I regretted it. There was consistent problems with my pool in the past. I am so glad I have now learned to take care of my pool and trust a real company to do their job. I don’t have to worry any more. You can trust Westlake Pool and Spa to take care of you!
