Chase Bank

I got taken care (just asking a question about a weird charge on my credit card) by the blond female manager. Nobody had ever been so rude. What a sad angry place. I used to love it. If i could give it negative stars i would. Everybody else has always been great.

If there were zero stars I feel as if that would be better fitting for this location. They are the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with.
I am tied somewhat to chase due to all my business accounts being synced up… However I’ve had better service at other branches. And after looking online yahoo and google reviews of this location all have a consensus of CRAPOLA too.
I wait often 7 – 10 mins for cash deposits. I hate having to provide an ID for simple deposits but it now just go to ATM so I don’t have to deal with rude employees.
I just called after trying to order checks online for 28 mins to my usual branch to be told «it’s Monday at beginning of month bankers are busy with actual people here» then auto sent me to 1 – 800 number.
I loathe this location… Makes me so angry I’ve given them so many chances and yet their customer service truly just is lacking.
Hellllllo WELLS FARGO across the street!
