Business Owner

Originally from Austin, Russell opened his law office in 2014 after gaining extensive experience at an estate planning and probate firm and as a judicial clerk to a probate judge. His primary focus is to counsel individuals and couples through the estate planning process and to prepare Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and other estate planning documents for his clients. Russell also assists clients who have lost a family member or friend through the probate or trust administration process.

When meeting with his clients, Russell tries to avoid «legalese» as much as possible, and explains the estate planning or probate process in plain English. His hope is that his clients will walk away satisfied that they understand what is going on.

Russell is married and has three children. When he is not in the office, Russell enjoys attending Texas Longhorn athletic events, biking along Barton Creek, dancing with his wife, and taking his children to Zilker Park.
