Brought my car for safety inspection on Wednesday. Two minor failures. Asked them if they could fix them, said they would order the parts and I could come back Friday and have the work done. Showed up on Friday and they didn’t know what I was talking about, and then offered again to order the parts. I only need to be lied to once… I won’t be back
Follow up: decided to go to the dealer to get an inspection, figured they could fix anything wrong. Guess what? Passed with no failures!

These guys did an amazing job. Seriously a less than 10 minutes oil change!!!
I was in and out super fast, the guys were professional and courteous, and they did quick & clean work.
They have both an outdoor and indoor seating area with a good amount of chairs, but I really didn’t have time to get comfortable in mine because I was literally out the door in less than 8 minutes. Highly recommend if you consider your time extremely valuable and don’t have the time to sit around for over an hour waiting on an oil change at some of the other places.

So I’m a busy single mom. My headlight went out and I’ve been driving around for 2 days. I went to jiffy lube and they said it would take 1.5 hours to replace the light! I drove around and found valvoline. They took the car right in. They didn’t have the bulb or a driver. The guy said if I went to go get it, he would fix it free of charge. I went to oreillys and paid $ 11 dollars. Came back, he popped the hood an installed it and I drove away! He had no idea how much precious time he saved me. Moving forward, All my oil changes will always be done at this place on slaughter!!! They were quick!

Took my car here to get it inspected and oil changed. They changed my oil and then took it for a drive only to come back and tell me my car wouldn’t pass inspection. I didn’t have ANY problems with it until I brought it here. My car broke down while I was transporting kids (I’m a nanny) and now I’m car-​less until I take it into the dealership on Monday. I am beyond pissed.

Had my state inspection done here and they wrote my VIN number wrong in my report which meant I couldn’t properly complete my vehicle registration. I went back to have it corrected and it was now passed the 90 day period which means I needed a new inspection. I asked for a free or discounted rate which they declined. If they can’t own up to their mistake and fix it then they don’t need my business. If I’m paying for a new inspection, I’ll give my money to a competent business somewhere else.
They just lost a customer.

Used them for the first time today. I was shocked at how fast and efficient the service was. I pulled up and never had to leave my car. Pulled my truck into the bay while myself and two kids stayed in the vehicle. Three people worked on my car at the same time and I was out of there in 15 – 20 minutes (and it was a weekend). I had a Groupon for it as well which was nice. The attendants were thorough and showed me the dipstick oil levels, and heard them count out checkpoints during the job. Overall great experience.

I used to go here all the time when it was Shell Lube. I took my car there last week, asked for a regular oil change — as in regular oil not synthetic, which I always got. The rude dude mechanic who met me began to argue that I needed synthetic, and that he was not responsible for any damage the non-​synthetic oil would cause. He was really bothered and rude about my insistence on my oil preference. I took my keys back and went to Kwik Kar on William Cannon (Brodie), and got great customer service, like I used to at Shell Lube.
