I always strive to write a fair review of companies, and I give them the opportunity to make amends before I jump to writing «bad» reviews — and I did that with this review. We hired this company to replace our roof 5 years ago — they did a fairly good job — some of the cleanup could have been better but it was good. When we contacted them about the job, they were more than eager to come out and make a quote and get started on the job. They were very responsive — at that time. At the end of the job, after they had received their money, I kept trying to get some documentation from them and after a few weeks of excuses, I finally gave up. I also should have read the short and brief contract more thoroughly though, as this company did not have any mention of warranty on the contract.
Fast forward five years, and we have had leaking from our roof around the fireplace/​flashing, so I called to have them come out and take a look at it — and I mentioned the urgency as the house was under contract to sell and I wanted to have it taken care of for the new owner. They had someone come out within the week to evaluate it, and then I waited for the quote. and waited… and waited… and waited… AND two months later and a dozen phone calls later… still waiting. We don’t even own the house anymore, but I think it’s the principle that irritates me the most. Since we weren’t prioritized because it was a repair job as opposed to a new roof, we apparently were not worth the response — even as a return customer. I did finally ask about the unwritten warranty on one of the half-​dozen phone calls and they apparently only warrant their work for 1 year. I guess they don’t have faith in their craftsmanship for more than that. I really only give them one star but will give the second star to the front office woman who kept taking my calls and messages and was very apologetic — I know she was trying her best to get me a response from Josie, but to no avail.
Don’t bother with this company — there are plenty out there who will appreciate you as both a new and return customer.

About two years ago they worked on my roof. They did a great job and made sure to clean up the nails afterwards. They just now put in a new deck which is amazing! They are also doing some plumbing and electrical work. Josie is great she always replies to my emails and their workers are polite and fast! All work is to code!
