I like this place. I scheduled an appointment for me and my friend to get our nails done at 6 but we showed up at 6:45 (15 minutes before closing). I didn’t think they would still take us but once we walked in they greeted us and immediately started doing our nails. It took nothing but an hour for both of us to get our nails done. The lady was very considerate of how I wanted my nails to look. I would recommend this place.

My dogs were barking, as the expression goes, so I went to the Top Ten Nail Spa. I’ll spare you the details, but the woman threw up in her mouth. Since this spa is on Metric, I will make an effort to come in before my feet get in this condition.

Uhm. I am ON FIRE! Went in for a simple eyebrow. First off I was never even analyzed just grabbed my head as she started slapping on scorching hot cream wax… Two minutes later shes holding a mirror in front of me asking if I liked them… Uhm no you never waxed the middle. Ohhh. And then that’s when she went back and tweezed a million little hairs. Slapped more wax on and then put alcohol all over my forehead. Once she applied I almost burst out in tears because she had ripped so much skin off when she waxed … she basically burnt my eyelids off!!! Super painful. She then charged me full price and sent me on my way??? No apologies or anything?!! I will never be going back!!!

After my friend took me here once, I only go here now for brow waxing. My brows have never looked better. Don’t turn around because of the simple, not as spa-​ish attributes of the store. If you’re looking for a good deal and excellent work, Top Ten Nails & Spa is where to go.
