i went back again today, a few years after he sized my watch… i had dropped my watch and it broke, necessitating working on links to fix. He again greeted me with a nice smile and warm hello. and fixed it for a set price within just a few minutes. VERYVERYGOOD. I will always go back here… he does it and it’s good. Thank you!

Sabir(the owner) was awesome and so friendly! He changed my watch battery while I waited — I didn’t even get through 2 emails on my phone — and I was on my way. $ 20. Best watch service experience I’ve ever had. Find the little kiosk outside of the lower level Dillards — you’ll be glad you did!

Bill is friendly, fast, and polite. He put in a new battery, changed my bands and I ultimately ended up buying another watch from him. I had been looking for a watch and wasn’t planning on buying one that day but I love giving folks like him my business. He’s a solid guy and with a little bit of negotiating, you can walk away feeling like you got a good deal. Plus this place is in Barton Oaks Mall located by the Dillards mens store in a kiosk which means that he is open regular mall hours unlike private shops around town.

I had to replace the band and the battery on a watch, and it was as quick and easy as it gets. The gentleman was an extremely nice man as well.

Responded quickly with good advice that made him no money. The type of service that forges a lifetime relationship.

Great service! I needed some spring bars for my new watch band. I brought my watch over and had the spring bars installed. I wasn’t even there for 5 minutes. It was pretty cheap at $ 15. He also gave me a tip about using toothpaste on your watch face to clean any paint or light scratches off.

Very nice and friendly and eager to help and FREE! What a deal. I bought a new watchband online for my Timex Ironman watch but didn’t have the tiny screwdriver needed to change the band. Time Zone installed the new band quickly and didn’t even charge me. even though I didn’t purchase anything there. You don’t see that very often. What a nice guy.

Thanks Unilocal! I would have never known this place existed without you. For the last 10 years I had gotten various watches from Fossil and had all of my battery replacements done by them, but they closed there store in Barton Creek Mall last year so I had to find a new location. Luckily I found Sabir’s kiosk on Unilocal and begrudgingly went to the mall. 20 minutes and 20 dollars later I had a new watch battery and band cleaning. BOOM! If you need basic watch service, skip the jeweler and go to the little kiosk outside of the Dillard’s lower level entrance.

What is the cost of time? To me it’s the same as the cost of trust, value and experience, in other words PRICELESS. I have been using TIMEZONE for years and they have always exceeded my expectations. Mohammad worked on a watch of mine that had 2 batteries and also assisted me in choosing a leather watch band for a watch my brother bought me in Russia. And here’s the little extra, he polished the watch face and made it look as good as new. Flawless execution and they all the right tools needed to take out links in watches too. I had all of this done in less than 20 minutes. So next time you head off to Barton Creek Mall make sure take those pesky time pieces that need a little TLC. Remember my first question?

Very nice guy. He reopened his stall after the mall closed to put a new battery in my watch. Also got an one year warranty on the battery. I definitely recommend his business.

At last, a shop in the long lost art of watch repair. Sabir was quick, attentive and friendly. Thank you for getting my watches back to life. A good collection of watches for sale too.

This place is the bomb! I found this place by accident while shopping at Barton Creek Mall when I noticed my watch had stopped. The owner, Sabir changed my battery quickly & at a very fair price. He even gave me a warranty on the battery. Where else can you get that? He mentiolned he has been in the same location for almost 7 years. If you need a watch battery or even a really great watch, Fossil, Timex, Seiko go to Time Zone. They are located right outside the downstairs entrance to the men’s Dillards.

If you need a battery replaced in your watch quickly and for a low price, definitely go here. They’re in the kiosk outside of Dillard’s, and they give you a warranty with your new battery. Make sure you go to «Time Zone» outside Dillards, and not the other watch kiosk place on the other side of the mall(I think the other one is called Precision Time or something like that.) The other one will try to charge you $ 50(!!!) for a new battery if you own a nice watch. Time Zone, on the other hand, has a very low price and they’re really nice.
