After purchasing a pair of pants from the BR Factory store 45 minutes away in San Marcos and realizing that the security tag was left on, I took the pants to this store to see if they could help out. They told me that policy was they couldn’t do it because they were bought at the outlet. I understand policy, but the guy behind the counter was rude in his delivery and offered zero help/​didn’t even check with the manager to see if there was any way they could help out. All of these stores are under the Banana Republic umbrella and when the issue — a security tag — is on the fault of the company, you’d think there would be better customer service than telling you you have to drive an hour away to get it removed.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Banana Republic!
The sales associates are particularly friendly and helpful at this location and there are usually some really great finds on the sale tables! Thumbs up :)
