Tim was a wonderful find! Having no recommends in the area, I went with my gut, based on a few email exchanges. I could not have been happier! Tim was everything I wanted and needed in a realtor. He was polite, available, honest, and went out of his way to keep us informed and educated every step of the process.
If I had to pick a best point, it was that Tim was always available, and had immediate responses. This never varied through evenings, weekends, and even a holiday.
He made purchasing a condo for our daughter extremely easy and stress free. I would highly recommend him. He is knowledgeable about the Austin market, and his advice was spot on. Look forward to working with him again in the future!

During my three-​month home search, Tim made the effort to get to know me, my needs and what I was looking for. He invested in my happiness (cheesy, but true), spending time booking viewings, adding to my property database and just being available whenever, wherever.
Not only does he have the knowledge to do the job well, he has the most important thing for a real estate agent to have: integrity. I fully trust Tim to shoot straight with me and not just tell me what I want to hear.
At one point during our search, Tim said to me, «Mitch, I’ll show you a hundred homes if I need to. I just want you to get the one that’s right for you.»
Finally, in September 2012, I closed on a house. Since then, I’ve send several referrals to Tim.
When I walked into my new house after signing, there were about 60 craft beers sitting on my new counter — Tim had gotten in there and left me tons of beer to say «thank you». If that’s not worthy of 5 stars, I don’t know what is.

Tim Tierney=THE BEST.
I am moving to Austin in two weeks, flew in for 3 days to find a place to live, and Tim was beyond fantastic. He went out of his way to help me — even showing me homes on his day off and outside of business hours. It was more like dealing with a friend than someone who makes money through you. I would never think that i would write a review for a real estate company, but he was so good, here it is:-)
