The Pinnacle Group was established in 1987 by John Little. He pioneered the real estate team concept at Keller Williams and has been among the top 5 producing agents at Keller Williams ever since.

The Pinnacle Group has been recognized by the Austin Business Journal as one of the top 25 Realtor Teams.

John is a real estate veteran of over 34 years. In those years he’s learned a lot about the ins and out of real estate transactions.

The Pinnacle Group is Austin’s First Real Estate Team! John founded The Pinnacle Group in 1987 and since then, has been consistently named one of the top agents and top groups from such prestigious institutions as The Austin Business Journal and Keller Williams International.

Whether working with buyers or sellers, John understands that communication is the keystone to a smooth transaction. That’s why when he lists a home for sale, he is in constant communication with the sellers to apprise them of market conditions, showing feedback and other factors that help their home make it to the «short list» for potential buyers.
