Firm founder Steve Gibbins inherited the practice from his father, Bob Gibbins, a former president of the American Trial Lawyers Association. For more than 30 years, Attorney Steve Gibbins has passionately represented injured clients, during which time he has won almost every case he has tried. His verdicts and settlements for personal injury often range from the hundreds of thousands to the millions; in his very first trial he won his injured client an award of more than $ 2 million (the client netted approximately 1 million). This track record of success can be attributed to Mr. Gibbins’ practice of only accepting those cases that he fully believes in, and preparing thoroughly for trial in each case he takes on. Steve Gibbins is an experienced trial attorney. Mr. Gibbins’ offices are located in Austin, Texas and he provides legal services to clients throughout the state, including in Houston and Dallas.

Mr. Gibbins has been representing injured plaintiffs for nearly thirty years. In his first jury trial, he obtained a verdict of over $ 2 million for his client against a city defendant (the client netted approximately 1 million). Since that time, he has won almost every case he has taken to trial. Steve Gibbins was born in Austin, Texas and is a longtime resident of the state. He received both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Texas at Austin.
