Allegedly, in my opinion:
Gerry seems more concerned with other cases, probably because they are more important. I was told by him not to contact someone, when they were not even part of the case. It was like Nazi Germany.
Aside from that, I wasn’t even shown ANY bit of evidence or any reports involved with my case. It’s like he kept everything hidden from me.
The reality is that basically you pay so the lawyers can schmooze you out of trouble. No one wants to take any case to trial, you can’t rely on a jury to do the right thing… it’s a crap shoot. It’s also a lot of work.
I feel like I was lied to by Gerry. I feel like he didn’t want me to go to trial that I had a chance at winning. I just didn’t want to end up like Greg Kelly so I accepted the plea deal.
(my case was nothing similar to the charges in that case) Greedy, morally acute, and also a defense attorney… that means he is probably good.

Marjorie Bachman is one of the criminal defense attorneys at the office of E.G. Morris and she is amazing.
She is so caring and intelligent. She always keeps us informed every step of the way. She has worked so hard to (successfully!) get our case dismissed. She is young compared to many of the lawyers she works with but, far from lacking in credentials. I’m tellin ya, this woman is amazing at her job!
No one hopes to have a need for a criminal defense lawyer but, if one is ever needed Marjorie is the best!
